A third differential pair of transistors have fifth and sixth transistors (124, 126) wherein collector (130, 132) of the fifth transistor (124) and sixth transistor (126) receive an input signal, an emitter of the fifth and sixth transistors (124, 126) are coupled through resistors (146, 148) to ground, and bases of the fifth and sixth transistors are coupled to a reference current circuit (150).

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a service transmission processing method, a node device and a network system are provided. One method includes: receiving service data after relay processing by a 3R relay node, where the relay processing includes terminating and regenerating an Optical Channel (OCh) of the service data, and when the OCh is terminated, transparent transmission is performed on an Optical channel Transport Unit (OTU); and performing defect detection on a path of the OTU to obtain a detection result of the path of the OTU. Another method includes: obtaining an overhead in an Optical Transport Network (OTN) frame; and judging whether the overhead includes a Client Signal Fail (CSF) inserted after a signal fails, and if the overhead includes the CSF, determining a path where a defect occurs according to the CSF.

The rear electrode is located on one side of the second passivation layer opposite to the semiconductor substrate, and passes through the second passivation layer via the openings to contact the locally doped regions.     摘要: A system for determining the concentration of an analyte in at least one body fluid in body tissue comprises an infrared light source, a body tissue interface, a detector, and a central processing unit. The body tissue interface is adapted to contact body tissue and to deliver light from the infrared light source to the contacted body tissue. The detector is adapted to receive spectral information corresponding to infrared light transmitted through the portion of body tissue being analyzed and to convert the received spectral information into an electrical signal indicative of the received spectral information. The central processing unit is adapted to compare the electrical signal to an algorithm built upon correlation with the analyte in body fluid, the algorithm adapted to convert the received spectral information into the concentration of the analyte in at least one body fluid.

    摘要: A signal transmitting and receiving system to track the position and orientation of limb segments in order to provide feedback information for the control of the limb movement. The user will generally be seated in a wheelchair that provides a structure upon which orthogonal and/or non-orthogonally oriented coils can be mounted and energized selectively so as to create variously oriented magnetic fields. Multiple wireless sensors injected into the limb detect the local field strength and send information telemetrically to a central controller. The controller extracts information about the position and orientation of each limb segment by combining signals from various sensors according to calibration information and optimal filtering methods for extracting information from multiple nonlinear sensors in mechanically constrained systems.
