    摘要: A heat dissipating module includes a rotational member, a stationary member and a driving member. The rotational member is provided with a first air outlet and connected to the driving member. The stationary member is provided with a second air outlet and has plural flow passages. Each of flow passages has an air inlet at an end thereof and a third air outlet at another end thereof. When the driving member actuates the rotational member to rotate, air enters the flow passages of the stationary member via the air inlets to gather at the third outlets. Then, the air is guided outward via the first and the second air outlet for concentrating the air to cool the heat-producing object.

    摘要: A fan with central intake comprises a fan frame, a fan wheel and a driving device. The fan frame provides a hub seat with a passage for fluid flowing through and a joining part in the passage. The fan wheel is received in the fan frame and provides a hub with a through hole being associated with the passage to constitute a central flow route and blades radially extending from an outer annular surface of the hub and extending inward to an end face of the hub to connecting with a receiving part, which is joined to the joining part The driving device is mounted to the fan frame and the fan wheel respectively to rotate the fan wheel. When the fan wheel is rotated with the driving device, the fluid moves along the central flow route to dissipate heat in the center of an article being cooled, the driving device and the joining part so as to enhance heat dissipation efficiency and running efficiency.

    摘要: A bearing supporting structure includes a bearing sleeve provided on a motor stator unit for supporting a bearing therein and a coil therearound. The bearing sleeve is provided on an inner wall surface near an outer end thereof with radially inward projected stoppers, and split at an inner end to provide a plurality of spaced segments having a certain elasticity, each of which is provided at a lower inner surface with a radially inward projected flange having an inclined side surface. The bearing is moved through the flanges into the bearing sleeve to stably position therein between the stoppers and the flanges, so that the bearing may be quickly and easily removed from the bearing sleeve via the elastic segments without the need of moving the coil externally mounted around the bearing sleeve.

    摘要: A motor stator with heat dissipation structure for fan includes a silicon steel plate assembly having a plurality of magnetic-pole columns, on each of which at least one winding is wound, and a space is defined between any two adjacent magnetic-pole columns; a covering being a heat-conducting plastic material filled in the spaces while covering the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings; and a plurality of heat pipes being extended into or through the covering filled in the spaces, so that heat produced by the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings during operation thereof can be transferred to the covering, and the heat pipes can absorb the heat from the covering and dissipate the absorbed heat into ambient air. Therefore, the silicon steel plate assembly and the windings can have lowered temperature and the cooling fan can have upgraded heat dissipation characteristic.

    摘要: A heat-dissipating structure for a motor stator is applied to a heat-dissipating fan and includes a silicon steel set and at least one heat pipe. The silicon steel set has a plurality of silicon steel pieces stacked up each other. Magnetic poles of the respective silicon steel pieces are stacked up to form at least one magnetic post. At least one coil set is wound on the magnetic poles. The heat pipe is connected to the silicon steel pieces for thermally conducting the heat of the silicon steel set and the coil set. With this arrangement, the temperature of the silicon steel set and the coil set is lowered, and the performance of the heat-dissipating fan is improved.
