摘要： A system and method for wireless communication that schedules a connection time of a terminal based on a delay time is provided. A base station of the system for wireless communication may include a delay time determiner to determine a delay time of a terminal, based on preamble information for a plurality of terminal groups based on location information of the terminal, and a scheduler to schedule a connection time for the terminal to connect to the base station, using the delay time.
