Abstract: An operation method for a communication node transmitting system information in a communication network is an operation method for a base station which transmits system information in a communication network, and includes: configuring information on a request time when system information is requested and a transmission time when the system information is transmitted in a communication network; transmitting a message including the configured information on the request time and the transmission time by using a broadcast-based method; receiving, from at least one user equipment included in the communication network, a message requesting the system information on the basis of the request time; and transmitting a message including the system information to the at least one user equipment on the basis of the transmission time.

Abstract: An operation method of a base station in a communication system includes transmitting, to a terminal, a radio resource control (RRC) message including transmission configuration information (TCI)-state configuration information including information indicating a starting beam index and an ending beam index and reference signal related information; transmitting, to the terminal, a first downlink control information (DCI) including a first TCI indicating the starting beam index and first resource allocation information; and transmitting, to the terminal, a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) through a resource indicated by the first resource allocation information by using a starting beam indicated by the first TCI.

Abstract: Disclosed are operation methods of communication node supporting direct communications in network. The operation method comprises obtaining scheduling information configured for the direct communications from a first base station; identifying modulation and coding scheme (MCS) information and radio resource information included in the scheduling information; and transmitting, to a second UE, a first message to which a MCS indicated by the MCS information is applied through radio resources indicated by the radio resource information. Therefore, performance of a communication system can be enhanced.
