The semiconductor device test apparatus includes a test unit on which a semiconductor device under test is disposed, and an automatic test equipment (ATE) unit that inputs a test signal to the test unit and reads a test result signal output by the test unit. The semiconductor device test apparatus includes an interface unit that is interposed between the test unit and the ATE unit, and that compares the test signal with the test result signal and outputs to the ATE unit comparison signals indicating whether the semiconductor device is a failure or not or whether a specific bit failure has occurred or not.

摘要： An OFDM mobile communication system includes a system controller for dividing an OFDM symbol into a control channel and a data channel, multiplexing the control channel to control subchannels, and allocating the multiplexed control subchannels to base stations. The base stations simultaneously transmit control signals on the control allocated subchannels and data on the data channel. Mobile nodes receive an OFDM symbols with the multiplexed control channels for them and a data channel for selecting a base station according to information in the control subchannels. The mobile node simultaneously processes control subchannels received from two base stations using one physical layer module.

摘要： Disclosed is a symbol synchronization method in an OFDM-based communication system which includes multiple access nodes supporting wireless connection of terminals, supports multi-connection of each terminal for the access nodes and performs synchronization by means of a cyclic prefix. The symbol synchronization method includes monitoring connection of a new access node; setting a number of times by which the new access node transmits equal symbols and a number of times by which at least one existing access node transmits the equal symbols when the connection of the new access node is detected; transmitting the equal symbols by the determined number of times by each access node; and performing synchronization by means of the symbols received from the access nodes by the terminal.

The abnormal vibration sensing apparatus includes a limiter having at least one opened side and connected to one of a vibrating body and a fixing body, a sensing rod having one end that is received in the limiter and separated from an inner wall of the limiter, and the other end that is connected to another of the vibrating body and the fixing body, and a contact sensing unit sensing whether the limiter and the sensing rod are in contact with each other so as to sense abnormal vibration of the vibrating body. According to this construction, it is possible to easily detect abnormal vibration in a plurality of directions without increasing the number of installing abnormal vibration sensing apparatuses.

摘要： An LCD device includes an LCD panel, a source driving part, an operating part, a mean voltage generating part, and a pre-charging part. The LCD panel includes a switching element and a liquid crystal capacitor. The switching element is formed in a region defined by gate and source lines adjacent to each other. The liquid crystal capacitor is electrically connected to the switching element. The source driving part converts data signals into data voltages of analog type. The operating part determines a mean data signal of the data signals. The mean voltage generating part converts the mean data signal into a mean data voltage of analog type. The pre-charging part selectively applies the data voltages and the mean data voltage to the source lines, thereby improving an image display quality of the LCD device.

摘要： In a backlight assembly and a liquid crystal display device using the backlight assembly, a lamp assembly is mounted on a receiving container and includes lamps. The lamps are connected in parallel and are turned on by the power voltage supplied from a lamp driving module. Sensors are disposed in the receiving container to face the lamps, and detect operation state of the lamps to output sensing signals. A voltage cut-off module is disposed outside of the receiving container, provides the lamp driving module with a voltage cut-off signal when at least one of the sensing signals has an amplitude smaller than a reference signal. The deterioration of the lamps may be prevented, and the life expectancy of lamps may be increased.

摘要： A light guide plate includes a first surface having a light incident surface and a light reflect surface, a second surface facing the first surface, through which the reflected light exits, a first edge surface connected between edges of the light reflect surface and the second surface, and a second edge surface connected between edges of the light incident surface and the second surface, being opposite to the first edge surface. A light source is disposed on the light incident surface. A light guide plate may also include a stepped edge portion formed at a marginal area of the light guide plate on which a light source is combined. The stepped edge portion includes a light incident surface, a light reflect surface, an upper surface through which the reflected light exits the light guide plate, and a first edge surface connected between edges of the light reflect surface and the upper surface, being opposite to the stepped edge portion. A backlight assembly includes the light guide plate, a lamp unit including lamps and a lamp reflector that are disposed on the light incident surface, and a mold frame for receiving the stepped edge portion and the lamp unit.
