Abstract: An orthopedic bone cutter for cutting bone and tissue is described. The cutting device has a frame on which cutting blades are affixed. The frame is designed with sidewalls that are positioned at an angular relationship with respect to a rotational axis that extends vertically through the cutting device. The cutting blades have a hemispherical side profile with a cutting surface extending from a curved outer distal blade end. The blades are affixed to the frame such that an apex of each of the cutting blades is coincident with the rotational axis at an apex point of the bone cutter.
