Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a message forwarding method and system, and a relay agent device. The forwarding method includes receiving a first dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) for Internet Protocol (IP) version 6 (DHCPv6 ) message from a DHCPv6 client through a layer-3 interface, generating a relay-forward message, where the first DHCPv6 message is encapsulated into the relay-forward message and an identifier (ID) of the layer-3 interface is added therein, and sending the relay-forward message to a DHCPv6 server.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and device for a load balance. The device comprises: a selecting module, configured to select, according to a load state and fault state of each network edge node in a network edge node pool of an access network, a network edge node having the capacity of bearing a load to serve a user equipment from the network edge node pool when a message including information indicating that the user equipment intends to access a network is received; and a sending module, configured to send a message for indicating the selected network edge node to serve the user equipment to the selected network edge node. The method and device of the present invention can improve a utilization rate of a network edge node and lower the requirement for the capacity of the network edge node.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for acquiring a PON port association relationship. An OLT where a standby PON port is located receives a protection packet from an optical network unit, parses the protection packet to obtain an identifier of an active PON port carried in the packet, and acquires an association relationship between the active PON port and the standby PON port according to an identifier of the standby PON port receiving the protection packet. When the present invention is implemented, the OLT where the standby PON port is located can acquire an association relationship between an active PON port and a standby PON port, and determine, according to the association relationship, whether the protection packet is valid or acquire, according to the association relationship, configuration information of the active PON port.
