Abstract: An intelligent assistant control method is provided: starting, by a terminal device, a lens; displaying, by the terminal device, a preview interface on a display screen, where the preview interface includes a to-be-photographed object; and if the terminal device determines that the preview interface has been stably displayed for preset duration, displaying, by the terminal device, first prompt information of a photographing mode in the preview interface, where the first prompt information is used to recommend a first photographing mode to a user, and the first photographing mode is determined by the terminal device based on scene information of the to-be-photographed object.

Abstract: An image processing method includes: detecting a first quadrangle in an image, where the first quadrangle includes four vertexes, the four vertexes correspond to four photographed points; determining distance information of the four photographed points relative to a camera capturing the image; determining locations of the four photographed points based on the distance information of the four photographed points and location information of the points on the image; and determining, based on the locations of the four photographed points, that the four photographed points are coplanar, where the four photographed points form a second quadrangle, determining a side ratio of two neighboring sides of the second quadrangle when a side angle and a side length relationship of the second quadrangle satisfy a preset condition, and correcting the first quadrangle to a rectangle, where two neighboring sides of the rectangle are in the side ratio.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of data storage technologies, and specifically, to a phase-change memory material, a preparation method thereof, a phase-change memory chip, and a device. The phase-change memory material includes a material shown by TiaSbbTecDd, where a represents an atom percent of Ti, b represents an atom percent of Sb, c represents an atom percent of Te, d represents an atom percent of an element D, and a+b+c+d=1; 3%≤a≤45%, and 0.5≤(b:c)≤3; and D is a doping element, and 0≤d≤15%. The phase-change memory material has low operation power consumption and a low operation delay.
