摘要： An information display device having an operability-improved trackball is provided. A control unit has a mechanism for displaying in such a manner that a second information display region is provided separately from a first information display region, an operation button region is arranged and displayed in a region between them, the second information display region is set as a cursor display prohibition region, and even if the operation is vigorously executed by operating the trackball, a cursor does not enter the second information display region but the cursor stops in the operation button region and one of the operation buttons in the operation button region is selected.

摘要： The information display apparatus is equipped with: a display unit for displaying a plurality of choice items in the list form; a control unit for controlling an array of the choice items; and a track ball for instructing a coordinate signal. The choice items are displayed in a matrix array constructed of N rows M columns in which the choice items are sequentially arranged from an upper portion to a lower portion of said matrix array, and along right and left directions thereof; magnification is changed based upon a coordinate signal of the track ball along a Y-axis direction; a display screen is scrolled along right/left directions based upon a coordinate signal of the track ball along an X-axis direction; and the matrix array is changed based upon a number of rows to be displayed in correspondence with increased/decreased numbers of the rows.

摘要： An electronic wallet includes a plurality of operating keys at least having a plurality of numeric and calculation keys, a display part for displaying thereon electronic money information and IC card state information, at least one independent function switch in addition to a power switch, a plurality of control keys for operating the electronic money information stored in IC cards and the IC card state information, and a plurality of function keys having a plurality of function level layers having a plurality of tasks, for selecting the plurality of tasks having the respective function level layers. Thereby the electronic wallet can have many functions. Further, a modem unit, which is removably mounted to card slots of the electronic wallet, is provided with a through opening to communicate with the card slots and a modular jack to be connected to a communication line. Since a user can insert the IC card into the electronic wallet from the card slots with the modem unit already mounted to the card slots, handling of the electronic wallet is convenient upon transfer of the electronic money through the communication line. In addition, the user can insert the IC card into the electronic wallet which is still connected to the communication line.
