    摘要: A vehicle head light includes a lighting casing; a lamp unit disposed in the lighting casing; a support member that supports the lamp unit so as to be rotatable at least in two directions; and an actuator that rotates the lamp unit with respect to the support member. The lighting casing includes a lamp housing opened on one side and a cover that closes the opening of the lamp housing. The lamp unit includes a light source and a reflector that reflects light emitted from the light source. The actuator is disposed under the lamp unit. A lower end of the lamp unit is coupled to the actuator. The actuator includes a support portion attached to the support member; and a main unit being supported by the support portion so as to be movable in a front-rear direction. The support portion includes a shaft holding portion on a lower surface thereof. The main unit includes a bearing portion on an upper surface thereof. A driving mechanism is provided in the main unit. The driving mechanism includes a connecting shaft to which the lamp unit is coupled. A guide shaft is inserted through the shaft holding portion of the support portion and the bearing portion of the main unit. The guide shaft guides the main unit when the main unit moves in the front-rear direction with respect to the support portion of the main unit.

    摘要: An initialization function of a lighting direction control apparatus of a vehicle lamp is provided with functions: for swinging, in a first direction, a lamp across the initial position until the lamp is bumped; for swinging, in the opposite direction (a second direction), the lamp from the bumped position across the initial position at a predetermined angle; and for swinging, in the first direction, the lamp at an angle across the initial direction. The bumped position is defined as a deflection angle position at which the headlamp does not dazzle the driver of a car approaching from the opposite direction. The predetermined angle is defined as an angle greater than a reflection error angle that is generated at the bumping time.

    摘要: A headlamp is provided with a lamp unit provided in a lamp housing formed by a lamp body and a transparent cover for covering a front side of the lamp body. The lamp unit is supported in the lamp housing in a suspending state in such a condition that the lamp unit can be swung in vertical and horizontal directions. An output shaft coupled to a lower end of the lamp unit can be rotated around its axis and slide in a direction perpendicular to the axis. A rotation of the output shaft around its axis is transmitted to the lamp unit. By a movement of the output shaft in the direction perpendicular to the axis, a rotation between the output shaft and the lamp unit causes.

    摘要: A safety control power window device which reliably detects nipping of a finger by a window and sash and which is little influenced by variations of motor characteristics of the motor used as a drive source of the power window device. The window position and a thrust pressure acting on the rotary shaft of the motor providing the force for opening and closing the window are detected. Reference pressures for detecting nipping are set according to the window position detected. By comparing the detected pressure and the reference pressures, nipping by the window is detected. Since nipping and the window position are not detected using the drive current of the motor, accurate safety control is realized, eliminating influences caused by variations of the characteristics of the motor.

    摘要: A method for operating power window apparatus with a safety device which stops the closing operation of the window in response to the detection of an object-caught state, which prevents the incomplete close of the window, and can accurately detect the object-caught state. The opening/closing position of the window is detected by counting pulses generated as the window moves. A region where a safety control can be carried out is determined on the basis of the detected opening/closing position. When the window reaches a position near a position where the window is fully closed, the count indicative of the opening/closing position detector is reset. The resetting operation is carried out so that a time point where the relative speed of the window is reduced is set at the fully closed position of the window.
