摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide an optical part having an anti-reflecting membrane which is low in resistance and high in adhesion and is sharply improved in light transmittance by reducing reflectance of light, and a display apparatus using the same. According to the present invention, there are provided an optical part which transmits or partially reflects light, wherein a light receiving face or a light outgoing face has an anti-reflecting membrane which comprises inorganic oxide particles and a binder, has a thickness of 60-190 nm, and has pores of 5-200 nm in size, and a display device using the same.

摘要： The present invention provides a compound of formula (I) having an excellent JAK3 inhibition activity and being useful as an active ingredient of an agent for treating and/or preventing various immune diseases including autoimmune diseases inflammatory diseases, and allergic diseases. The compound according to the present invention has an inhibition activity against JAK3 and is thus useful as an active ingredient of an agent for treating or preventing diseases caused by undesirable cytokine signal transmission (e.g., rejection during organ/tissue transplantation, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, asthma, atopic dermatitis, Alzheimer's disease, and atherosclerotic disease), or diseases caused by abnormal cytokine signal transmission (e.g., cancer and leukemia).

When a user sucks at the mouthpiece (8), the solution at the distributing position (A) is transferred from the position (A) into the heater (58), and within the heater, atomized, and then turns into an aerosol by condensing in sucked air flow, and the aerosol thus formed is sucked by the user with the air flow.

摘要： An electrostatic deflection circuit and method of an electronic beam measuring apparatus which can achieve the high precision of the electronic beam measuring and contribute to the simplification of the structure of the apparatus is provided. In an analog arithmetic circuit included in an analog operation part constituting an electrostatic deflection circuit, output voltages of multipliers are added and output by an adder. When the magnification is low, as the side of an ordinarily closed contact is closed driven by a relay driving circuit, the output of the adder is amplified by a high gain amplifier with a high amplification factor and applied to an electrostatic deflecting board. When the magnification is high, the side of an ordinarily open contact is closed and it is amplified by a low gain amplifier with a low amplification factor and applied to the electrostatic deflecting board in the same way.
