    摘要: A communications network system which is capable of continuously performing a normal communications of data on a communication cable. A Navigation unit 30 transmits an intersection data having ID0001 to an automatic transmission control unit 10 via communications cable. A gateway 50 which accepts communications from an information system network B to a control system network A is intervened on a communications line between both networks. When detecting a sending data having an ID code of ID0001, gateway 50 compares its communication period 0 of the data with previously stored communications period. If they are coincident with each other, the communications from network B to network A is enabled. If communications periods are incoincident with each other, the ID code when the intersection data is transmitted is changed to ID0110 and communications enabling (accepting) ID code by gateway is also changed from ID0001 to ID0110.

    摘要: An efficient method is proposed for the preparation of a silicon single crystal wafer for discrete semiconductor devices, such as transistors, deeply doped with a dopant on one surface, the other surface being mirror-polished. Different from the conventional process in which a single base wafer is subjected to a deposition doping and drive-in doping treatments to form a deeply doped layer on each of the surfaces followed by removal of one of the doped layers and lapping and mirror-polishing the surface, the improvement of the invention can be obtained by subjecting a base wafer having an increased thickness to the deposition and drive-in doping treatments to form deeply doped layers on both surfaces leaving an undoped layer in-between followed by slicing this base wafer by using an annular slicing blade having a thickness specifically correlated to the thickness of the starting wafer along the undoped layer into two separate wafers each having a laminar structure consisting of a doped layer and an undoped layer which are each lapped and mirror polished on the surface of the undoped layer.

    摘要: An image processor is disclosed for a vehicle having a plurality of cameras and a monitor that displays a panoramic image derived from multiple images generated by the plurality of cameras. The processor includes input buffers for storing camera image data captured through respective camera modules and output buffer for storing a panoramic image. The camera image data for generating the panoramic image are retrieved from input buffers. The camera image data are stored in an output buffer using an reconfigured address conversion table. The reconfigured address conversion table is an address conversion table which is obtained by reconfiguring an address conversion table when camera modules are assumed to be free of vehicle installation errors. The reconfiguration is performed on the basis of parameters which are used to correct vehicle installation errors of camera modules.
