Abstract: A communication method includes receiving multiple transmission configuration indicators (TCIs) from a network device, receiving at least one message from the network device, and one of receiving or sending the first channel based on the at least one TC of the multiple TCIs, or receiving or sending the second channel based on the at least two TCIs of the multiple TCIs. The at least one message is usable to determine at least one TCI of the multiple TCIs and at least two TCIs of the multiple TCIs, the at least one TCI is usable for transmission of a first channel, and the at least two TCIs of the multiple TCIs are usable for transmission of a second channel.

Abstract: This application discloses a quasi co-located relationship management method and apparatus. In this application, a terminal side device and a network side device determine one or a plurality of measurement quantities for managing a quasi co-located relationship, and manage or use the quasi co-located relationship based on the determined one or plurality of measurement quantities. According to the solutions of this application, when there are the plurality of measurement quantities, both the terminal side device and the network side device manage or use the quasi co-located relationship based on the determined one or plurality of measurement quantities, so that behavior of the terminal side device and behavior of the network side device can be aligned. This improves communication reliability.

Abstract: The disclosure provides example communication methods and apparatus. One example method includes determining a highest-priority CORESET, so that a terminal device monitors a PDCCH on the highest-priority CORESET. A highest-priority CORESET is determined in M CORESETs belonging to T CORESETs based on one or more of cell identifiers, quasi co-location properties, search space set types, and search space set identifiers that are associated with the M CORESETs in a time unit, and a PDCCH is monitored on the highest-priority CORESET.

Abstract: This application discloses a method and an apparatus for detecting invalidity of an ACL rule. The method includes: obtaining, by a first network entity, a second ACL rule, where the first network entity includes a first entry, and the first entry includes a first rule index and first information; generating, by the first network entity, a second entry according to the second ACL rule, where the second entry includes a second rule index and second information; determining, by the first network entity, whether the second information is a subset of the first information; and if the first network entity determines that the second information is a subset of the first information, determining, by the first network entity, that the second ACL rule is an invalid ACL rule, and skipping, by the first network entity, sending the second ACL rule to a second network entity.

Abstract: This application provides a reference signal transmission method and an apparatus, to resolve a prior-art problem of relatively high overheads of resources occupied by transmitted reference signals in a communications system. The method includes: configuring, by a transmitting device, one reference signal group corresponding to one port in the first time symbol, and configuring one reference signal corresponding to the port in each of time symbols except the first time symbol. This reduces overheads of resources occupied by transmitted reference signals in the communications system and improves service data transmission efficiency while ensuring that a receiving device can obtain a channel parameter of the port.
