摘要: The orientation and the height of a spray gun are adjusted so that a spray distance (a distance between the injection outlet of the spray gun and the rolling bed of the powder particles) reaches a desired value, and the spray gun is used under the conditions that an injection pressure of atomized air is 0.2 MPa or above and preferably 0.2 to 0.6 MPa, and an air flow rate of atomized air is 10 to 180 Nl/min.

摘要: A bobbin changing apparatus for a flyer frame which allows works to freely be performed by attendants at a front side of the flyer frame at any time during the operation of the flyer frame, while eliminating need for providing independent rails for transporting full bobbins and empty bobbins, respectively. Disposed at a front side of a flyer frame (2) is a work platform (35) on which the number of pegs (49) which is twice as large as that of bobbin wheels are mounted with a pitch equal to a half of that of the bobbin wheels (4). Each of the pegs (49) can selectively be disposed at an operative position on a top surface of a cover plate (41) and to a retracted position retracted from the top surface. Further, the pegs can be driven reciprocatively over a distance corresponding to one pitch of the peg array. A bobbin changing mechanism 13 is disposed at a rear side of a bobbin rail 3, while supporting rails are disposed above the flyer frame 2 at the front side thereof so as to be moved up and down by a lift mechanism 7. Bobbin transporting carriers 10 having empty bobbins E for one flyer frame suspended thereof are supported on supporting rails (5, 6). Upon bobbin changing operation, the pegs (49) are disposed at the operative position which allow the full bobbins (F) and the empty bobbins (E) to be exchanged between the bobbin transporting carrier (10) and the bobbin rail by way of the pegs on the work platform (35).

摘要: According to the present invention, an air conditioner includes a refrigerant-air heat exchange portion having plural refrigerant evaporation passages and heat exchanging between refrigerant flowing in the plural refrigerant evaporation passage and air passing around the plural refrigerant evaporation passages, a refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchange portion having an inlet refrigerant passage and an outlet refrigerant passages and heat exchanging between refrigerant flowing in the inlet refrigerant passage and refrigerant flowing in the outlet refrigerant passage, a pressure reducing unit placed in an upstream side of the plural refrigerant evaporation passages, and a unit case having an air flow passage therein. The refrigerant-air heat exchange portion is contained in the air flow passage, and the unit case contains the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchange portion outside the air flow passage. Since the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchange portion is contained outside the air flow passage in the unit case, the air passing in the air flow passage will not collide with the refrigerant-refrigerant heat exchange portion. Thus, air flow is restrained from being turbulent. In this way, uneven wind speed distribution is not formed in the air passing around the plural refrigerant evaporation passages of the refrigerant-air heat exchange portion, and therefore, distribution of the temperature in the air is not caused in the refrigerant-air heat exchange portion.

摘要: A drain case 4 is disposed between the bottom wall of a unit case and the lower end of refrigerant passage pipes 15 of a stacked type refrigerant evaporator. The drain case 4 is W-shape in cross section, and comprising two pieces of outside inclined walls 32 contacting the side ends of two pieces of tank parts 16 and 17 formed at the lower end side of the refrigerant passage pipes 15, a chevron type protruded wall 33 contacting a recessed part 28 formed at the bottom end of the part between the adjacent two pieces of tank parts 16 and 17, and inside inclined walls 34 having a drain hole 36. In this arrangement, the condensed water flows from the side ends of the two pieces of tank parts 16 and 17 and the part between the two pieces of tank part 16 and 17 into the lower ends thereof reaches the two pieces of outside inclined walls 32 and protruded wall 33 of the drain case 4 before reaching the bottom end of the two pieces of tank parts 16 and 17, and then is efficiently drained therefrom. Localized corrosion that may occur at the lower end part of refrigerant passage pipes is prevented by not allowing the condensed water to stay at the lower end side of the refrigerant passage pipes.

摘要: A bobbin-carrying apparatus to carry peg trays which have a tray and a peg protruded on one surface of the tray to support bobbins between conveyors provided at a fine spinning machine and bobbin-carrying routes provided at a winder. The bobbin-carrying apparatus comprises belts provided between the conveyors and the bobbin-carrying routes, pulleys guiding and supporting the belts, motors driving the belts functionally connected with the belts, and a pair of linear guiding members extending along the belts having the pegs of the peg trays therebetween. The belts carry the peg trays pressing the trays cooporating with the guiding members. The guiding members are provided relative to the belts so that the peg trays are carried while the pegs are arranged in the horizontal posture between the fine spinning machine and the winder.

摘要: Yarns are pieced in a spinning machine utilizing an air stream, such as an open-end spinning machine or an air-jet spinning machine. For yarn piecing, an end of a yarn unwound from a bobbin is inserted into a twisting mechanism, and a sliver is newly supplied as a fleece so as to intertwine with the yarn end forming a pieced yarn portion. The thickness of the unwound yarn is detected by a detector and stored in a memory prior to insertion into the twisting mechanism. After the yarn and the sliver have been joined, the thickness of the pieced yarn portion is detected by the detector, and the detected thickness is compared with the stored thickness of the unwound yarn. If the thickness of the pieced yarn portion exceeds an allowable value as a result of such comparison, then the yarn is severed by a cutter, and thereafter a cut end of the yarn is pieced again with the fleece. Preferably, the sliver starts being supplied into the twisting mechanism at a timing advanced or delayed with respect to the previous timing of starting of the supply of the sliver when the yarn is to be pieced again with the fleece.
