Abstract: An electronic device includes a light source and a light converting element. The light converting element is disposed adjacent to the light source and has a first surface adjacent to the light source and a second surface corresponding to the first surface and positioned farther from the light source. The first surface has a first gloss which is less than a second gloss of the second surface. A display device includes a display panel and a backlight module disposed corresponding to the display panel. The backlight module includes a light source and a light converting element disposed adjacent to the light source. The light converting element has a first surface adjacent to the light source and a second surface corresponding to the first surface and positioned farther from the light source. The first surface has a first gloss which is less than a second gloss of the second surface.
