摘要： An organic electroluminescent display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate spaced apart from and facing the first substrate to form a space therebetween, an array element on an inner surface of the first substrate, an organic electroluminescent diode on an inner surface of the second substrate, a seal pattern along a peripheral portion between the first and second substrates, and a connection pattern electrically interconnecting the array element and the organic electroluminescent diode, wherein a pressure within the space between the first and second substrates is lower than an ambient atmospheric pressure.

摘要： A method for fabricating an organic electroluminescent display device usable for large-area applications includes: preparing a first substrate; preparing a transfer plate having at least one transfer pattern; forming a first electrode on the first substrate; forming organic light emitting patterns on the at least one transfer pattern on the transfer plate within a region; and bonding the first substrate to the transfer plate, and after the bonding, transferring the organic light emitting patterns from the transfer plate onto the first substrate using a pressure difference between an area within the region and an area outside of the region.
