    Abstract: Disclosed is a fuel cell membrane humidifier capable of preventing the bypass of exhaust gas by sealing a gap between an inner case and a middle case which form a cartridge, wherein the disclosed fuel cell membrane humidifier comprises:



    a middle case having a partition dividing an inner space;
    a first cap fastened to one side of the middle case; a second cap fastened to another side of the middle case;
    an inner case, which is disposed in the middle case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes therein;
    a rib, which protrudes from one side of the inner case and is in contact with one surface of the partition;
    a hook, which protrudes from another side of the inner case and is in contact with another surface of the partition;
    a first gasket, which is disposed between the first cap and the inner case and transmits, to the rib, a fastening force between the first cap and the middle case; and
    a second gasket, which is disposed between the second cap and the inner case and transmits, to the hook, the fastening force between the second cap and the middle case.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell humidifier which can prevent condensate water from entering a running fuel cell stack. A fuel cell humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a humidification module; a first cap having an air discharge port for supplying air humidified by the humidification; a second cap having an air inlet port for receiving the air supplied from the outside; a bypass tube for transferring condensate water, which is generated in the interior space of the first cap or flows into the interior space of the first cap from the hollow fiber membranes, to the interior space of the housing where the off-gas flows; and a condensation inducing part extending from the air discharge port to expand the humidified air so as to induce condensation of condensate water while slowing down the speed thereof.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hollow fiber membrane module. The hollow fiber membrane module includes a housing including a first fluid inlet, a first fluid outlet, a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet, and hollow fiber membrane bundles, each hollow fiber membrane bundle including a plurality of hollow fiber membranes, disposed within the housing so that a first fluid flows inside the hollow fiber membranes and a second fluid flows outside the hollow fiber membranes, and each hollow fiber membrane bundle further includes porous tubes having both ends closed and including a plurality of pores formed on the side surfaces thereof. The hollow fiber membrane module removes a region, into which a fluid flowing outside a hollow fiber membrane bundle has difficulty in permeating, thus allowing the fluid to uniformly flow. Therefore, even if hollow flow membranes are highly integrated, performance of the hollow fiber membrane module may be maximized.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier in which the discharge performance of condensate generated in a humidification module is improved.
