摘要: A graft grasping device includes a graft grasping member including a soft tubular grasping portion having a substantially C-shaped cross section and a suction tube which communicates with a lumen of the grasping portion and is connected to a side wall of the grasping portion. A recessed portion including at least a communication port which communicates with a lumen of the suction tube and the lumen of the grasping portion is formed on an inner wall of the grasping portion. The recessed portion is covered with a porous sheet and a mesh sheet is interposed between the recessed portion and the porous sheet.

摘要: A balloon catheter of novel configuration, which is capable of both efficiently heating a heating element by using a laser light and of ensuring durability by avoiding the laser light directly heating members other than the heating element. Provided is a balloon catheter with a balloon disposed in a distal end section of a shaft and wherein: a tightly wound coil shaped heating element is housed and arranged in the balloon; an optical fiber that irradiates a laser light inside the heating element is disposed; and a supply path that supplies a fluid to inside the balloon through an inside of the heating element and a discharge path that discharges the fluid from inside the balloon through a discharge port positioned on an outside of the heating element are disposed.

摘要: It is an object to provide a filter for thrombus capture catheters with a thin wall and a sufficient strength and a method of producing the same. A filter for thrombus capture catheters is produced by a method comprising the steps of: arranging a plurality of wires so as to run helically and cross each other, thereby forming a cross wire assembly 2 with a spindle-shaped configuration, which is expanded at a middle portion 2C and converged at distal portion 2A and proximal portion 2B; and forming a parachute canopy-shaped filtering section 3 on one side of said cross wire assembly corresponding to approximately half of the spindle-shaped configuration by the dip coating method using a filter material.

摘要: An intracardiac suture device comprises a first shaft assembly 1 including a first shaft 11 and a first suture needle-holding device 4 provided at a distal end of the first shaft 11; a second shaft assembly 2 comprising a second shaft 21; a third shaft assembly 3 comprising a third shaft 31 and a handling portion 33; and a puncture assembly 5 provided at a proximal end thereof with a second suture needle-holding device 51. The second shaft 21 is protrusible by sliding-movement from the distal end of the first shaft 11 toward the first suture needle-holding device 4, and a suture needle 6 is transferable between the first suture needle-holding device 4 and the second suture needle-holding device 51 when the third shaft 31 is slid to the distal end of the second shaft 21 after sliding the second shaft 21 to a position where a suture site is held between the second shaft 21 and the first suture needle-holding device 4.
