    摘要: An automatic homing mechanism for a multi-sectional slide includes a sliding block and a hooking member, or further includes a locating member of an inner rail operating in conjunction with an outer rail and a middle rail. The middle rail passes and slides on the outer rail. The sliding block is inserted and slides in a sliding holder disposed at the end of the outer rail. The sliding block is pulled back to the end of the outer rail by way of a first elastic member. A sliding channel of the sliding holder is provided with locating cuts for the sliding block to be relatively secured in position. The hooking member is pivotally connected to the middle rail corresponding in position to the sliding block and includes two hooks to hold against the sliding block by way of a second elastic member. The locating member of the inner rail is pivotally connected to the middle rail to hold against the inner rail by way of a corresponding hook.

    摘要: A synchronous system for a three-stage ball bearing slide includes a carrier track being inserted into a fixed track to carry a mobile track. Both of the mobile and the carrier tracks engage in reciprocal movement along the same axis direction in relation to the fixed track. A dancer is pivoted to the rear end of the carrier track. The carrier track synchronously slides with the mobile track by a protruding tongue on the mobile track upholding the dancer, and is held in position by having the dancer to uphold a compression bit on the fixed track. A direct push on the extreme where the carrier track is extended releases the dancer from the compression bit to retract once again the carrier track into the fixed track.

    摘要: A two-way retainer for a slide track assembly comprises a retaining mechanism mounted on a first slide track, and a stop member mounted on a second slide track. The retaining mechanism is consisted of a pair of retaining arms and an elastic member. The retaining arms are provided with a pair of oppositely inclined portions and a pair of engaging portions. The stop member is provided with a protrusion adapted to interact with the oppositely inclined portions and the engaging portions of the retaining arms. When the first slide track is moved to a predetermined position with respect to the second slide track, the protrusion of the stop member may pass through one of the inclined portions of the retaining arms. Thus the protrusion is confined within the two engaging portions of the retaining arms to thereby retain the first slide track in a two-way direction of the second slide track.

    摘要: A positioning device for the multi-section slide track assembly includes an inner slide track, an intermediate slide track, and an outer slide track. The positioning device consists of a positioning member and an actuating member pivot-connected thereto. The positioning member provides with at least one engaging end while the actuating member providing with at least one bent guiding edge and a push button. The engaging end is adapted to engage with an oblique protrusion of the outer slide track for positioning the intermediate slide track. A return movement of the inner slide track can actuate the bent guiding edge for automatically unlocking the engagement of the intermediate slide track with the outer slide track. Alternatively, a user can manually press the push button to unlock the engagement of the intermediate slide track with the outer slide track.

The inner slide track and the intermediate slide track are nested in the outer slide track and the limit member is used to engage and to position an end of the inner slide track. The limit member is able to pivot with respect to the intermediate slide track for engaging with or disengaging from the inner slide track. In retracing operation, the engagement of the inner slide track with the limit member provides with a temporary space on the inner slide track for accommodating fingers of an operator.

    摘要: A forward pull type latch structure of a slide. The latch structure includes an inner rail, an outer rail, a link, and an elastic press body. The inner rail is provided with a locking member. The outer rail is provided with the elastic press body. The elastic press is formed with a locking hole. When the inner rail is moved in the outer rail, the locking member may be locked in the locking hole of the elastic press body. The link is provided with guide blocks, and the guide blocks of the link may press and deform the elastic press body when the link is pulled, so that the locking member may be detached from the locking hole of the elastic press body. The link may be returned to its original position by the restoring force of the elastic member.
