    摘要： A complemenary MOS integrated circuit comprising an output circuit and a pre-output circuit, which is capable of reducing a penetration current which occurs upon switching of transistors in the output circuit, to thereby suppress an occurrence of spike noises in an output signal. The pre-output circuit comprises MOS transistors constituting an analog switch, "on-resistances" of which are utilized as a resistor, and MOS transistor gates. A series circuit of the analog switch and the gates are coupled in series with a power source.

    摘要： A sensed current resulting from the occurrence of a ground fault is amplified by a differential amplifier and applied to a waveform shaper after having been delayed. The waveform shaper includes two complementary transistors interconnected into a thyristor and a transistor for amplifying the delayed current from the thyristor to a constant current under the control of a negative feedback transistor. The constant current is applied to a thyristor to turn it on to activate an associated circuit interrupter.

    摘要： The present invention provides, in a car navigation system, a unit of notifying a user of the update contents of map data prior to the downloading of the map data. A vehicle-mounted terminal sets a difference update area in accordance with a selection made by a user and sends a difference update request to a map updating server. If an update mode in this case is “update after outline display”, the vehicle-mounted terminal downloads an outline update map from the map updating server. The outline update map is displayed on a display unit of a display. Here, when a download start button displayed on the display unit is depressed, the vehicle-mounted terminal downloads a detailed update map from the map updating server. The detailed update map is then displayed on the display unit of the display. Furthermore, an updating process is performed on the map data stored in a terminal DB.

    摘要： An actuator arm assembly in which a spacer is designed to absorb a stress occurrable during a caulking operation so that the spacer will not be deformed. The actuator arm assembly includes a base; an actuator arm rotatably mounted on the base and having a first hole at one end thereof; a load beam supporting a magnetic head at one end thereof and having a second hole at the other end; and a spacer firmly secured to the other end of the load beam and fixedly caulked to the one end of the actuator arm. The spacer includes a flat portion, a cylindrical portion integral with the flat portion, and an annular groove formed between the cylindrical portion and the flat portion. An inner diameter of the cylindrical portion at its distal end portion is slightly smaller than the diameter of the caulking ball.

    摘要： An elastic lifter arranged on an inner surface of a casing of a disc cartridge to exert a pressing force on a disc is formed integrally with the casing and into a plate-like shape in such a manner that a proximal end thereof is connected to the casing and a distal end thereof is rendered free. Such construction permits the pressing force to be kept constant for a long period of time and effectively prevents damage to the disc, to thereby substantially improve durability and reliability of the disc cartridge while significantly decreasing the number of parts, facilitating assembling of the disc cartridge, and attains a decrease in manufacturing cost. The lifter may be formed at a proximal end thereof with a decreased thickness, to thereby facilitate bending of the lifter.

    摘要： A serial selection circuit is disclosed for sequentially selecting a word line in a semiconductor memory. Flipflops (latch circuits) for respectively holding the state are connected to each word line W0 to W1023. These flipflops are sequentially activated in response to two-phase non-overlap clock signals, and then deactivated. This serial selection circuit has the circuit structure being highly simplified compared with the conventional row decoder, so that the occupied area on the semiconductor chip is substantially reduced.
