    摘要: Disclosed is a mobile communication terminal employing a code division multiple access scheme, in which when it is decided that the common channel level is equal to or higher than a third threshold (common channel level threshold), an RLF decision control unit compares the SIR data with a first threshold and a second threshold to decide in sync state/out-of sync state between the local spread code and the reception spread code and outputs the decision signal. When it is decided that the common channel level is lower than the third threshold, the first threshold and the second threshold are set to the same value. In this state, when it is decided that the level of the SIR data is lower than the first threshold (=second threshold), the decision signal corresponding to an out-of sync state is output immediately after a predetermined delay time elapses, thereby reducing the power dissipation.

    摘要: A method (and mobile terminal incorporating the same) of carrying out reception decision uses a signal received from a base station in a mobile terminal. A receiver unit receives a signal transmitted from a base station, and outputs a reception data which has been frequency-converted. A communication parameter calculating unit calculates at least one of a target SIR, a finger number, and a CPICH-RSCP as a communication parameter. A decision parameter setting unit sets a decision parameter based on any one or more of a target SIR, a finger number, and a CPICH-RSCP calculated as the communication parameter by the communication parameter calculating unit, and outputs the decision parameter to a reception decision unit. The reception decision unit sets an SIR reference value, a BER reference value, a reception decision period, or the like based on the communication parameter, and carries out a reception decision in dealing with an SIR obtained from the reception data. Further, based on a result of comparing the communication parameter and a threshold, the decision parameter is updated. Accordingly, it is possible to carry out the reception decision processing on the reception signal (reception decision) depending on a communication environment.

    摘要: An SIR measurement unit measures SIR based on a received signal. A velocity detection unit detects the moving velocity of a mobile station. A synchronization determination processing unit determines whether or not the detected moving velocity is larger than a velocity detection threshold value. If it is determined that the detected moving velocity is larger than the velocity detection threshold value, then the synchronization determination processing unit changes an SIR threshold value to a larger value. Also, if it is determined that the detected moving velocity is not larger than the velocity detection threshold value, then the synchronization determination processing unit changes the SIR threshold value to a smaller value. Then, the synchronization determination processing unit performs the synchronization determination by comparing the measured SIR with the changed SIR threshold value.
