    Abstract: A touch display panel and a touch display device are discussed. A data voltage, supplied to subpixels corresponding to a touch electrode, has a polarity pattern configured to minimize the cumulative transition value of the data voltage. Noise in touch sensing signals, caused by the transition of the data voltage, can be prevented, and touch sensing performance can be improved. A data voltage having polarities opposite to those of a previous frame is supplied in every specific frames, or some subpixels of a frame are set to have opposite polarities. Deteriorations in subpixels, caused by inversion driving for improving touch sensing performance, can be prevented.

    Abstract: A touch display device includes a display controller configured to output a control signal and a first touch synchronization signal defining a display period and a touch period, a gate driving circuit configured to receive a high-level gate voltage and the control signal, and output a gate voltage pulse, a display panel comprising gate lines to which the gate voltage pulse is input and sub-pixels, a touch controller configured to receive the first touch synchronization signal, and output a pulse width modulation signal, and a touch power circuit configured to output a voltage generated based on the pulse width modulation signal to the gate driving circuit in at least a first period of the touch period, and output the high-level gate voltage to the gate driving circuit based on a second touch synchronization signal that defines a pseudo display period in a second period of the touch period.

    Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a touch display panel and a touch display device. By arranging a shielding structure, which is connected to a touch electrode in a region where a touch line and a data line overlap each other or is applied with a shielding signal corresponding to a touch driving signal from an outside circuit, between the touch line and the data line, it is possible to prevent direct capacitance from being formed between the touch line and the data line, and to prevent the capacitance formed due to the data line from causing noise on a touch sensing signal. In addition, by arranging a touch load reduction layer between the shielding structure and the touch line, it is also possible to reduce the capacitance between the touch line and the data line arranged in the horizontal direction, thereby improving touch sensing performance.
