Abstract: A touch display device and a touchscreen panel. Even in the case in which touch electrodes have different sizes or shapes or a located in different positions, a difference in capacitance is not formed among the touch electrodes. High touch sensitivity can be obtained. The touch display device comprises a plurality of touch electrodes, wherein a first touch electrode of the plurality of touch electrodes occupies a first area and comprises first mesh-shaped electrode metal. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display device having a structure in which at least one touch electrode is disposed on an encapsulation layer, and including a noise shielding layer located between a layer in which the signal line under the encapsulation layer is disposed and a layer in which at least one light emitting element is disposed. The noise shielding layer can block coupling between the signal line and an electrode of the light emitting element, and reduce or prevent a fluctuation in the voltage of the electrode of the light emitting element from causing noise to occur in a touch sensing signal detected by the at least one touch electrode on the encapsulation layer.

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel are provided. The touch display panel includes a bend area adjacent to the periphery of the touch display panel, and touch lines disposed in the bend area have zigzag shapes that extend at angles with respect to a bend axis about which the bend area is bent. A first dielectric layer includes a compensation pattern that is located in the bend area and includes an opening that extends in a direction parallel to the bend axis. A second dielectric layer protrudes into the opening of the compensation pattern in a depth direction. During bending of the bend area, this configuration disperses force applied to portions of the touch lines and the dielectric layers in the bend area. This can consequently prevent both cracking due to bending and moisture permeation due to cracks.

Abstract: The present exemplary embodiments relate to a touch display device and a driving method thereof. A touch sensing time period is divided into a period when the touch is sensed by a self capacitive sensing manner and a period when the touch is sensed by a mutual capacitive sensing manner and a ground signal modulated to be the same as the touch driving signal is output to the display panel during the time period when the touch is sensed by the self capacitive sensing manner. By doing this, the parasitic capacitance in the display panel is reduced, sensitivity of touch sensing is improved, and various touch functions are provided.
