    摘要: A process for the work up of reaction mixtures containing diaryl carbonate, aromatic hydroxy compound, water, base and quaternary salt, which are obtained in the preparation of diaryl carbonates by direct carbonylation of aromatic hydroxy compounds, is described. In the process of the present invention an adduct of diaryl carbonate and aromatic hydroxy compound is crystallized from the reaction mixture. A distillate comprising aromatic hydroxy compound is removed from the liquid phase either prior to or after crystallization of the adduct of diaryl carbonate and aromatic hydroxy compound. The liquid phase remaining after the crystallization and distillation steps may be recycled, without further work up, back to the direct carbonylation process step by which the diaryl carbonate is initially prepared.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and a device for placing at least one material layer onto a relief mold for producing a composite material. Thereby, an elastically-reversibly deformable body with a surface relief that is designed to correspond to the relief mold is pressed against the material layer, as a result of which the surface of said body is deformed, and the material layer can be picked up. As a result of its elastically-reversible characteristics the body subsequently deforms back to its initial state so that the material layer can easily be placed onto the relief mold.

The first conically tapered form and the second conically tapered form are adapted to one another in such a way that, in the docked state, they are mutually set apart in one coupling region by an interspace defined by a sealing ring, concentrically opposing one another. Thereby, the first conically tapered form is equipped on its periphery with at least one cleaning element, which extends from the first conically tapered form toward the second conically tapered form in order to capture liquid that may accumulate in the interspace.

In this improved process, performance of the reaction in tubular reactors is accomplished by flow-related measures such as homogenization and centering of the educt streams.     摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of an isocyanate corresponding to the formula R(NCO)n wherein R represents a (cyclo)aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon residue having up to 15 carbon atoms, preferably 4 to 13 carbon atoms, provided that there are at least 2 carbon atoms arranged between each of the nitrogens and n represents the number 2 or 3, by a) separately heating an amine corresponding to the formula R(NH2)n, wherein R and n are as previously defined, in vapor form, optionally diluted with an inert gas or the vapors of an inert solvent, and phosgene to temperatures of 200° C. to 600° C., b) continuously reacting the optionally diluted amine and phosgene in a reactor which has a reaction chamber that does not have moving parts, wherein the reactor has a diameter D and centrally located in the reactor is a nozzle having an orifice diameter d, i) by introducing the optionally diluted amine into the reactor through the nozzle and by introducing phosgene through the annular space around the nozzle such that the amine and phosgene flow in parallel through the reactor and ii) mixing and reacting the amine and phosgene to form the isocyanate of formula I) by introducing the amine through the orifice into a stream of phosgene in the reaction chamber, wherein the gas velocity of the optionally diluted amine is higher than the gas velocity of phosgene and the ratio of the narrower nozzle diameter d to the reactor diameter D is from 5% to 45%.
