    摘要: A bus bar to be inserted in a circular through hole provided in a casing and connecting terminals provided inside and outside the casing has a circular section in a portion passing through the through hole. The outer periphery of the circular section is covered with a grommet having a circular section, and the ratios of the grommet in vertical and transverse directions are equal to each other. Accordingly, when a bus bar body including the bus bar and the grommet is fitted in the through hole, the grommet has compression ratios equal to each other in the vertical and transverse directions. Consequently, the fitting portions of the bus bar and the grommet uniformly come in close contact with each other, and a sealing property can be fully maintained in the fitting portions of the grommet and the bus bar.

    摘要: To perform an even, high temperature baking treatment at about 450.degree. C. to a cryopump for the achievement of an extremely high vacuum, the cryopump is divided into two, a pump section P and a refrigerator R; the pump section P is cut off, with a vacuum state maintained, from the refrigerator R; and cooling stages 49 and 69 of the refrigerator R are connected through detachable heat transfer means 53 and 73 to cryopanel 2 and 5 of the pump section P, whereby the pump section P and the refrigerator R being detachably connected together. A drive unit of the refrigerator R and a casing 1 of the pump section P are connected together by a bellows 36, and at least a part of the transfer means 53, which connects the cooling stage 49 and 69 of the refrigerator R to the cryopanels 2 and 5 of the pump section P, made of a flexible material.

    摘要: Disclosed is an automatic door actuator which comprises arithmetic unit for calculating a weight of a door, a distance of movement of the door and braking points of the door through learn control of door actuation which is effected once every time a power supply switch is turned on and irrespective of the on-off condition of a normal door actuation start switch; first memory for storing results of calculation by the arithmetic unit; second memory for previously storing various phase angles for starting operation, for deceleration braking operation and for predetermined low velocity control, corresponding to various weights of the door; whereby the control unit is responsive to the first memory to read out from the second memory the phase angles for starting operation, for deceleration braking operation and for predetermined low velocity control corresponding to the actual weight of the door determined in the learn control to thereby supply a trigger signal to semiconductor controlled rectifying elements in accordance with the read-out phase angles corresponding to the actual door weight and the distance of movement of the door and the braking points of the door determined in the learn control.

    摘要: An analog input signal to be converted is subjected to first integration by an integrator and a reference signal opposite in polarity to the input analog signal is subjected to second integration by the integrator. After the integrator output has passed a predetermined level, a reference signal opposite in polarity to the abovesaid reference signal is subjected to third integration by the integrator for a predetermined period of time and then a reference signal of the same polarity as that in the second integration is subjected to fourth integration by the integrator at a rate of an integral fraction of the integration rate in the second integration. In the second integration, clock pulses are counted by a counter but the counting is interrupted for a period of time substantially twice as long as the third integration period and, in the fourth integration, the counting is performed at a counting stage of one lower order.
