    摘要: In a variable valve timing device, which varies the rotational phase of a camshaft through the relative rotation of a vane rotor and a housing and is provided with a lock mechanism that releases the lock thereof in response to the application of lock-release hydraulic pressure, the crank angle CCA at which the application of lock-release hydraulic pressure is commanded is set variably in accordance with the pressure of the oil supplied for the application so that the lock-release hydraulic pressure rises at a crank angle at which the state of the cam torque becomes suitable for lock-release without relying on changes of time needed for the lock-release hydraulic pressure to raise resulting from oil temperature.

    摘要: A pulse rocket motor has a hollow cylinder-like first grain situated in a rear section of a pressure vessel; a first igniter for igniting the first grain; a hollow cylinder-like second grain situated in a front section of the pressure vessel; a second igniter for igniting the second grain; and a dividing sheet member that covers the second grain within the pressure vessel. The dividing sheet member includes a dividing sheet expanding at least along the inner circumferential surface of the second grain and holders formed integrally with the dividing sheet at both ends of the dividing sheet by cure adhesion and attached to the pressure vessel. The dividing sheet includes a brittle portion that expands along the inner circumferential surface of the second grain through a rear end face of the second grain and is more brittle than other portions.

    摘要: The present invention provides a gateway apparatus and a packet forwarding method for rewriting the application header of a forwarded packet without terminating a TCP connection between a client and a server. For that purpose, the gateway apparatus in accordance with the present invention uses the conversion section 116 of the gateway module 110 to register, in a conversion table 117, a pair of a sequence number (Seq#) which is expected to be contained in the TCP header of a next packet to forward and a Seq# after conversion which is obtained by considering a change in packet size due to application (AP) header rewriting as a pair of an expected Seq# and a conversion Seq# as well as a pair of an expected Ack# and a conversion Ack# contained in the TCP header of a packet in a direction opposite to that of the previously forwarded packet at the time of forwarding.     摘要: An end burning type gas generator includes a hollow cylindrical combustor, a propellant which is densely charged in the combustor concentrically and in a plurality of layers without leaving a large void in an internal cross section and which has the same sectional area in each of the layers, and an interstructure which separates the plurality of layers from each other and which connects only at a turning portion at an axial end. The end burning of the propellant sequentially progresses via the turning portion, beginning with an outermost layer or an innermost layer. The turning portion includes an end outer plate which continuously surrounds the ends of an inner propellant and an outer propellant, and a burning rate increasing member which is provided along the inner surface of the end outer plate to increase the burning rate of the propellant. The end outer plate is shaped such that the burning area at the turning portion remains substantially constant.

    摘要: A hybrid electric vehicle comprises a first motor (2) connected to an internal combustion engine (1), a second motor (3) generating vehicle drive force, and a power storage device (6). A controller (9) supplies power from the power storage device (6) to the second motor (3) in response to an accelerator pedal depression amount (B16, B42). The controller (9) calculates an available power supply to the first motor (2) by subtracting the power supply to the second motor (3) from the available power of the power storage device (6) (B28). When the target rotation speed of the engine (1) exceeds the actual rotation speed of the engine (1), power from the power storage device (6) is supplied to the first motor (2) in a range which does not exceed the available power supply (B23, B32), thereby accelerating engine rotation without decreasing power supply to the second motor (3).
