摘要： A motor-driven camera includes a motor, a mirror driving mechanism which uses the output of the motor as a drive source and is arranged to move a movable mirror from a view-finder sight position to an exposure-allowing retracted position according to the rotation of the motor in a first direction and to bring the mirror back to the view-finder sight position according to the continuous rotation of the motor in the first direction, a film transporting mechanism which uses the motor output as a drive source and transports the film for a next frame photographing according to the motor rotation in a second direction, a clutch which performs a change-over action in such a way as to cause the motor output to be transmitted to the mirror driving mechanism according to the motor rotation in the first direction and to the film transporting mechanism according to the motor rotation in the second direction, and a control circuit which controls the motor rotation and is arranged to cause the motor to rotate in the first direction to retract the mirror to the exposure-allowing retracted position in response to a photographing initiating operation, to rotate also in the first direction, upon completion of an exposure, to bring the movable mirror back to the view-finder sighter position and, after that, to rotate in the second direction to transport the film for a next frame photographing.

摘要： A motor-driven camera of the so-called prewind type in which a film is preliminary wound to effect a prewinding action and then the film is rewound for every photographing shot, includes an electric film counter which counts the number of frames on the basis of a signal generated according to the movement of the film; a control circuit which determines the number of photographable frames on the basis of a counted value of the electric film counter; a detection circuit which detects the completion of the prewinding action by detecting that the film ceases to move; and a judgment circuit which is arranged to detect the state of the above-stated signal after the lapse of a predetermined period of time from the completion of the prewinding action detected by the detection circuit, to judge whether or not a change in the counted value of the electric film counter is necessary.

Among these switches, when a plurality of switches are simultaneously operated, there obtains a specific setting mode for setting information of a kind different from information of other kinds to be set by individually operating these switches. 摘要： A film drive device for a camera in which the film is transported by an electric motor as the drive source, comprises detecting means for detecting that the winding of all the frames of the film is complete, manually operable switching means for forcibly changing over the film to a rewind state, and operation control means for shifting from a film windup state to the film rewind state. The operation control means makes a first operation of shifting to the film rewind state in response to the completion of the winding by the detecting means and a second operation of shifting to the film rewind state by the operation of the switching means different from each other. Therefore, an efficient shifting to the rewind state can be performed.

摘要： A camera exposure mode setting device including a dial which can be moved to select a number of different exposure modes, one of which is controlled by a self-timer circuit in the camera. The device also includes circuitry coupled to the dial which operates to prevent the self-timer circuit from operating unless the dial is maintained in a self-timer exposure mode position. In a preferred embodiment, a push button extends from the dial, the button being arranged to prevent the dial from being moved to select the self-timer mode unless the button is first pushed down by the user.

摘要： A liquid crystal cell of elongated shape adapted to be arranged at one side of the field of view of the camera finder has a plurality of opposing of transparent electrodes on opposite sides of a liquid crystal layer which are aligned to each other in a matrix form, whereby the necessary number of leads is reduced. In order for the liquid crystal layer to present an indication in a selected area, or areas, an alternating voltage is applied across the correspondingly aligned electrodes, while still preventing the above-identified alternating voltage to appear at two or more electrodes in one set simultaneously even when light is blocked in the two separated areas of the liquid crystal layer. In other words, the number of those of the plurality of electrodes in set to which the alternating voltage is applied at a time depending upon the exposure value is limited always to only one even when two separated areas are selected for light shuttering at a time. Thus, the exposure values or shutter times can be indicated in half-steps increments.
