    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area at which an image is displayed and a non-display area which is adjacent to the display area, and in the non-display area a common voltage transmitting line which is connected to the display area and through which a common voltage is provided to the display area, an organic insulating layer between the common voltage transmitting line and the substrate, a first opening which is in the common voltage transmitting line and exposes the organic insulating layer to outside the common voltage transmitting line and an auxiliary electrode which faces the organic insulating layer with the common voltage transmitting line therebetween, contacts the common voltage transmitting line at the first opening and covers the first opening.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including display and non-display areas, a driving element in the display area, a first via layer on the driving element and in the non-display area, a second via layer on the first via layer, a pixel electrode on the second via layer and overlapping the display area, an auxiliary electrode on the second via layer and overlapping the non-display area, a pixel defining layer on the second via layer and overlapping the pixel electrode, organic layer patterns on the second via layer and overlapping the auxiliary electrode, a light emitting layer on the pixel electrode, and a common electrode on the light emitting layer and the auxiliary electrode and electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. The auxiliary electrode includes electrode holes, and an organic layer pattern includes a pattern hole overlapping an electrode hole.

    Abstract: A touch sensor for a display device includes: a base layer; a first conductive layer disposed in a sensing region on the base layer; an insulating layer disposed on the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer in the sensing region; a first insulating pattern disposed on the second conductive layer; a plurality of signal lines provided in a non-sensing region, the plurality of signal lines being electrically connected to the first and second conductive layers; and a second insulating pattern disposed on the plurality of signal lines. The first insulating pattern and the second insulating pattern include the same material and are provided in the same layer.

    Abstract: A display device including a touch sensing unit including a first touch conductive layer, a first touch insulating layer disposed on the first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer disposed on the first touch insulating layer. The touch sensor area includes a first touch sensor area located at a center of the touch sensor area, and a second touch sensor area located between the first touch sensor area and the curved portion. The first touch conductive layer includes a touch connection electrode connecting adjacent first touch electrodes, and a plurality of capacitance (cap) compensation patterns arranged in the second touch sensor area. The plurality of cap compensation patterns includes a first cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent first touch electrode and a second cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent second touch electrode.

    Abstract: An embodiment provides a light emitting display device including a pixel circuit disposed on a substrate, a repair line disposed on the substrate, a connection electrode overlapping the repair line in a thickness direction of the substrate, an insulating layer disposed on the pixel circuit and the connection electrode, a pixel electrode disposed on the insulating layer, and a connection portion disposed on the insulating layer. The pixel electrode includes a first electrode portion electrically connected to the pixel circuit through a first contact hole formed in the insulating layer and a second electrode portion electrically connected to the connection electrode through a second contact hole formed in the insulating layer. The connection portion electrically connect the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion.

    Abstract: A light emitting display device includes a substrate, a transistor, an insulating layer, a pixel electrode, an extension electrode, and a pixel defining layer. The transistor overlaps the substrate. The insulating layer overlaps the transistor. The pixel electrode is disposed on a face of the insulating layer. The extension electrode extends from the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode is electrically connected through the extension electrode to the transistor. The pixel defining layer is disposed on the insulating layer and includes an opening that exposes the pixel electrode, and covers the extension electrode. A section of the extension electrode extends lengthwise parallel to the face of the insulating layer and is thicker than the pixel electrode in a direction perpendicular to the face of the insulating layer.
