Abstract: An organic light-emitting display device includes a first substrate including a first base layer, an element layer disposed on the first base layer and including a plurality of emission patterns, and a protection layer that is non-conductive, the protection layer covering the element layer, and a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, and the second substrate including a plurality of nanorods extending toward the first substrate, at least a portion of the nanorods penetrating the protection layer, the second substrate being electrically connected to the element layer through the nanorods penetrating the protection layer.
