Abstract: A foldable display according to the present disclosure includes: a substrate having a folding portion which is folded; and a plurality of transistors in the substrate each of the transistors including: a gate electrode on the substrate; a channel overlapping the gate electrode; and a source electrode and a drain electrode positioned at respective sides of the channel, wherein the gate electrode is divided into a plurality of sub-gate electrodes by at least one gate cutout.
