摘要: A lighting device includes a filament, a filament fixing element, a driving circuit, a lamp holder and a bulb shell. The filament has a long strip bottom, installed with a plurality of LED modules. The filament fixing element has a bearing surface and a heat dissipation part. The bearing surface connects to the long strip bottom of the filament. The heat dissipation part is connected to the bearing surface to dissipate the heat. The driving circuit provides a suitable current to the filament for emitting light. The lamp holder houses the drive circuit and carries the filament fixing element. The bulb shell and the lamp holder constitute an accommodating space for receiving the filament and the filament fixing element.

摘要: A method of installing a light emitting diode light bar into a bulb is provided. Place the light bar module into the light bulb shell. The light bar module has a plurality of light emitting diode light bars and an expansion structure. The expansion structure is not expanded and is disposed among multiple light emitting diode light bars. Each light emitting diode light bar has a certain degree of flexibility. Expanding the expansion structure then, therefore multiple light emitting diode light bars are individually bent and deformed toward the bulb shell direction. Next, remove the expansion module and install other components of the bulb.

摘要: A method for installing a LED light bar into a light bulb. First, place a light module into bulb shell. The light bar module has a plurality of LED light bars and expansion structure. The expansion structure is unexpanded and disposed between the plurality of LED light bars. Each LED light bar has a certain bending property. Expending the expansion structure could make the plurality of LED light bars bent to the direction of bulb shell individually. And then, remove the expansion module and install the other components of the bulb.

The first group of LED chips is disposed on the frame along a longitudinal axis, connected in series, and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. Similarly, the second and the third group of LED chips are also disposed on the frame along the longitudinal axis, connected in series, and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. A lamp including such an LED filament assembly is also disclosed.
