    摘要： An overlapped-sheet detection apparatus can detect whether sheets are overlapped and shift the same, if overlapped, for further processing. The overlapped-sheet detection apparatus is provided with conveying belts, forwarding and shifting rollers, motor and discriminator. Conveying belts hold and convey sheets on a conveying path. Forwarding roller is provided at the conveying path to forward sheets in a conveying direction and forward sheets in conveying direction. Shifting roller is provided opposite to forwarding roller to shift sheets back to a direction which is the reverse of conveying direction if the sheets are overlapped. Motor supplies shifting roller with driving torque to shift sheets back to the direction reversed to conveying direction. An encoder is built in motor to detect a rotation state of shifting roller. Discriminator judges from an output of the encoder whether sheets are overlapped. When sheets are overlapped, forwarding roller makes contact with upper sheet and sends the same in conveying direction but shifting roller shifts lower sheet in a direction reversed to conveying direction.

    摘要： A sheet take-out apparatus has a table for loading a plurality of postal matter upright, a backup plate for pressing postal matter in the stacking direction and supplying them to a take-out position, a lower stream side floor belt installed so as to be partially exposed from the table in the neighborhood of the take-out position, an upper stream side floor belt, a take-out roller, and two auxiliary rollers. A difference in the projection position between the auxiliary rollers pressed by the postal matter supplied to the take-out position is detected and the inclination of the postal matter is detected. And, on the basis of the detection results, the moving speeds of the floor belts are controlled so as to correct the posture of the postal matter upright.

    摘要： A sheet take-out apparatus includes an insertion portion configured to stack and insert a plurality of sheets in an upright state, a supply structure configured to move the plurality of inserted sheets in the stacking direction and supply a sheet at a leading edge in a moving direction to a take-out position at one end of the insertion portion, a take-out structure configured to rotate in contact with the sheet supplied to the take-out position, thereby take out the sheet in a direction almost perpendicular to the stacking direction, and a suction structure configured to permit an air current to act on the sheet, supplied to the take-out position by the supply structure, at the leading edge in the moving direction and absorb the sheet toward the take-out position. Wherein the suction structure, so as to raise the fallen sheet at the leading edge in the moving direction and permit it to face the take-out structure, makes a flow rate of the air current acting on the sheet different in a surface thereof.
