This machine is provided with a manual paper feed inhibiting device operable in such a manner the manual feed of the copying paper through the manual feed mouth is permitted only when and after the heat fixing device has attained the predetermined high temperature.

摘要： In a gas separation apparatus that separates carbon dioxide and water vapor from a first mixture gas containing a predetermined major component gas, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, the energy utilization efficiency thereof is improved. Also, by utilizing the function of this gas separation apparatus, a membrane reactor and a hydrogen production apparatus exhibiting high energy utilization efficiency are provided. The gas separation apparatus is constructed to include a first separation membrane 33 and a second separation membrane 34 that are made of different materials. When the first mixture gas is supplied at a temperature of 100° C. or higher, the first separation membrane 33 separates a second mixture gas containing carbon dioxide and water vapor that permeate through the first separation membrane by allowing carbon dioxide and water vapor to permeate selectively. When the second mixture gas is supplied, the second separation membrane 34 separates water vapor that permeates through the second separation membrane 34 by allowing water vapor to permeate selectively.

摘要： The present invention provides a solid fuel burner, which, while rendering the capacity larger than that in the conventional art, can suppress an increase in an unignited region and thus can realize the prevention of an increase in NOx concentration in a combustion gas and the prevention of a lowering in combustion efficiency, and a combustion equipment and boiler including the burner. The burner includes a fuel-containing fluid supply nozzle (12) which supplies a fuel-containing fluid, from a connecting part in a fluid transfer flow passage (10) for transferring a fuel-containing fluid including a fuel and a medium for transfer of the fuel, toward an outlet part provided on the wall of a furnace (4). The fuel-containing fluid supply nozzle (12) in its cross section perpendicular to the direction of flow of the fluid is in a rectangular, elliptical, or substantially elliptical form having major and minor axis parts from a connecting part (10a) in the fluid transfer flow passage (10) toward the outlet part provided on the wall surface of the furnace (4). Further, the area of a cross section perpendicular to the direction of flow of the fluid is gradually increased from the connecting part in the fluid transfer flow passage (10) toward the outlet part. One or more air supply nozzles (15) for supplying combustion air are provided on the outer peripheral part of the nozzle (12).

The semiconductor device has the external connection electrodes connected to the respective connection pads of the circuit substrate by a face-down bonding scheme. An under-filling material is provided between the semiconductor device and the circuit substrate, and there is provided a connection member which connects the other side face of the semiconductor device with the grounding wiring of the circuit substrate, and is made of a conductive material.

The average particle diameter of Sendust is in the range of 30 to 100 μm. The content ratio of Sendust in the curable resin composition layer is in the range of 50 to 85 wt %.

摘要： The invention provides a combustion apparatus which can inhibit an NOx generation even in the case of promoting a mixing between a high-temperature combustion gas and an air so as to intend to reduce an unburned combustible. In a combustion apparatus provided with a burner burning a fuel within a furnace in a theoretical air ratio or less, and an air port supplying a combustion air for a shortfall in the burner, a supply apparatus for supplying a nitrogen oxide generation inhibiting gas is provided in a mixing region between the both or near the mixing region. Further, the invention provides a wind box which can inhibit an NOx generation even in the case of promoting a mixing between a high-temperature combustion gas and an air so as to intend to reduce an unburned combustible. In a wind box having an air port arranged in a back flow side of the burner and supplying a combustion air for a shortfall in the burner, a supply apparatus for supplying a nitrogen oxide generation inhibiting gas is provided in a mixing region between the both or near the mixing region.
