摘要： A bale shredder apparatus may comprise a frame and a bale hopper mounted on the frame and defining an interior bale chamber for receiving a bale to be shredded with a bale feed opening. A bale shredding assembly may be in communication with the bale chamber through the opening to shred a bale in the bale chamber. A side wall of the hopper may be movable away from the primary side wall to permit removal of a bale from the bale chamber. A primary bale movement assembly may move a bale in a lateral direction toward the opening and a secondary bale movement assembly may move the bale in a direction substantially transverse to the lateral direction. A shredding rotor of the shredding assembly may include at least one brace including at least one leg extending outwardly from the outer surface of the rotor.

摘要： A windrow pickup attachment for a forage harvester having a crop processing device including an input opening for receiving crop material. The attachment includes a main frame positioned on the front of the forage harvester adjacent the input opening with a transverse reel and an auger conveyor mounted on the main frame for picking up crop material from the ground, consolidating it and conveying it to the forage harvester base unit via the input opening. An intermediate frame assembly is mounted on the forage harvester. 摘要： A trailed straw biomass granulator includes a first drive device and a forming device. The forming device includes a driving gear and a forming gear. The driving gear is evenly distributed with involute drive teeth along a circumference. A storage groove is formed between every two adjacent drive teeth. The driving gear includes an output hole in an axial direction, and an auger is arranged inside the output hole. A forming hole is defined between two adjacent drive teeth, and the forming hole penetrates into the output hole and the storage groove. The forming gear includes a base body, multiple involute sliding teeth and multiple reset springs, and the sliding teeth are evenly distributed on the peripheral side of the base body in a circumferential direction. The base body includes multiple sliding grooves in one-to-one correspondence with the sliding teeth, which are integrally formed with a slide block.

The shredding action is improved thanks to the use of counter-blades, assembled in a fixed position on said bearing structure and each one operatively associated with a respective blade so as to generate a scissor-like shredding action on the material to be shredded.
