摘要： Provided herein is a device which can be worn about the back of a person, as a backpack, to carry various and sundry items associated with outdoor recreation, to a location at which persons desire to travel. A device according to the invention simultaneously provides a floor that can be spread across the ground, and a canopy support and canopy that shelters the floor. In a preferred embodiment, the floor and canopy are integral with the backpack itself, and a sheltered environment can be setup in a very short time, that shields its users from the effects of sun, rain, and other environmental elements. The floor portion may also include a seating means integrated therewith.

摘要： This invention is a simplified combination backpack, cot and tent formed and integrated around a lightweight hinged metal frame which unfolds at hinge to form cot and internal tent frame structure. The tent, with draft skirt stored within the two halves of the folded frame, is then erected for shelter protection. After the frame is unfolded, the backpack will be suspended from the underside of the cot, off the ground and accessible from inside the tent through the cot fabric by means of a zipper.

摘要： A back pack is convertible into a tent support frame and includes a pair of spaced parallel L-shaped frame members. A gripping structure including saw-toothed projections is supported between a first pair of legs of the frame members and serves, in conjunction with straps secured to the frame members, so secure the back frame to an upright support member, such as a tree. The second legs of the upright frame members are extendable by providing extension frame members pivoted to the second legs of the L-shaped frame members and additional frame members telescoped within the extension frame members. In this way, the back pack may be secured to an upright support, such as a tree, and the second legs of the extension frame members may be extended to form a tent support frame.
