摘要: A multi-pipe-switching heat exchange apparatus has a heating module, an auxiliary module, a buffering module, and an operation module. The heating module has at least one heating boiler. The auxiliary module is deposited beside the heating module and has at least one spare boiler. The buffering module is connected to and communicates with the heating module and the auxiliary module, and has a buffering body connected to and communicating with the at least one heating boiler and the at least one spare boiler, a first pipeline set deposited between the buffering body and the heating module, and a second pipeline set deposited between the buffering body and the auxiliary module. The operation module is connected to and communicates with the buffering module and has an operation end and a third pipeline set connected to and communicating with the buffering body and the operation end.

摘要: An apparatus and system for efficiently and safely transferring heat from a masonry heater to an external heating device using coil pipes and a liquid circulation pump. Circulation of a heat transfer liquid in the apparatus and system is controlled based on the measured temperature of the heat transfer liquid in the coil pipe on a return side of the masonry heater. Two additional sensors near the external heating device are used to control the flow rate of the circulation of the heat transfer liquid in the apparatus and system, thereby controlling the amount of heat actually transferred to the external heating device.

摘要: The natural fuel heating system includes an elongate firebox covered by a cowling. The firebox includes means for accessing the interior thereof for fuel placement and vents at opposite ends. The cowling surrounds a majority of the firebox and forms an air circulating barrier between the firebox and the cowling. Outside air is introduced into the barrier through an intake shroud extending from the back of the firebox. The natural fuel heating system includes a heat exchange system for efficiently heating the cooler outside air circulating within the barrier. The heated air is drawn through an exhaust shroud extending from the air barrier into a building ventilation system to heat the building via natural thermal convection and negative air pressure caused by oxygen consumption from combustion within the firebox. A waste gas exhaust vent protrudes from the firebox to deliver harmful exhaust gas back outside.

摘要: In the heat utilization installation (1) according to the invention several heat sources (2) are included which are provided each with a jet pump (16), (17), (18), (19). The heat sources (2) are connected to a heat carrier circuit system (7) which includes a single, central circulating pump or circulating pump unit (20). The individual jet pumps (16) to (19) are so controlled for the respective heat sources (2), the required operating temperatures with respect to temperature difference between the outlet and inlet and the flow volume are maintained or achieved. With the possibility of independent control of the flow volumes at the various heat sources (2), uniform fluid temperatures as required for a buffer store (22) or heat consumers can be maintained.

摘要: A heating control system comprises a vessel including a plurality of fluid ports including: a fluid inlet port arranged to connect to a heated fluid supply, a first controllable radiator circuit port, and a second controllable radiator circuit port. A controller is operatively connected to the controllable radiator circuit ports and to a temperature probe arranged to indicate, in use, a temperature of fluid circulating through the vessel. The controller is arranged to open a selected one of the radiator ports when the probe indicates the fluid is below a temperature T2 and to open the other of the radiator ports when the probe indicates the fluid is above the temperature T2.

The closed exhaust gas conduit (2) in the shape resembling a cosine curve has vertical exhaust gas conduits (4) which decrease in volume in the flue (8) direction, and the air conduit (3) in the shape resembling a sine curve has vertical air conduits (11) which increase in volume in the boiler (1) direction.

摘要: Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a high-thermal-mass hydronic furnace. In one embodiment of the present invention, a high-thermal-mass hydronic furnace includes a firebox, an insulated outer casing, a fluid-transport system, and a draft air-flow system. Fuel input to the firebox is combusted on a high-thermal-mass ceramic refractory. Heat from the fuel combustion is transferred to fluid within the fluid-transport system, via an internal heat exchanger, and circulated to a location external to the insulated outer casing for subsequent distribution to an interconnected heat-delivery system. The draft air-flow system regulates the fuel combustion by controlling the amount of air passing through the firebox.

摘要: A flue gas heat recovery system comprises an exhaust gas to air heat exchanger, a hot air to water heat exchanger, a fan, a circulating pump, and a control system which senses the temperature of the exiting air from the air heat exchanger and the temperature of the water leaving the water heat exchanger in combination with the thermostatic sensed temperature of the hot water heating system in order to operate the system in a desired manner. The system may also be used for space heating purposes. The control system in conjunction with the air heat exchanger provides a fail safe system which can be used with solid fueled stoves and fireplace inserts as well as furnaces and hot water boilers without danger of water overheating even during electrical power outages.
