    摘要: A pendulous type of oil filled accelerometer is disclosed herein, specifically one which is sensitive to temperature changes sufficient to introduce a temperature related error into its output signal, if left uncorrected. A technique which compensates for these temperature changes in order to reduce the resultant error to an acceptable level is also disclosed herein. This technique uses the oil itself, specifically its sensitivity to changes in temperature resulting in changes in its density, in combination with an expandable/contractible bellows.

    摘要: An acceleration control circuit for machinery includes a first transistor coupled to a tachogenerator on the machine to develop a signal proportional to rate of acceleration. An emitter coupled pair of transistors provides an output voltage to control the machinery, with a portion of the output fed back to increase the signal from the first stage. This permits a rapid response to small acceleration changes and a slower response to large changes.

    摘要: The present specification relates to an apparatus for protecting a vehicle passenger, and the apparatus for protecting a vehicle passenger according to an exemplary embodiment of the present specification includes: a front two-axis sensor; a first side two-axis sensor; a second side two-axis sensor; a control unit which determines whether the vehicle passenger is in a front collision situation, by calculating an average value of acceleration values, or determines whether the vehicle passenger is in a broadside collision situation, by calculating speed and a speed change of the first side two-axis sensor using the acceleration value obtained by the sensor unit and by calculating speed of the second side two-axis sensor; and a protection unit which protects the vehicle passenger based on the determination of the control unit.
