摘要： An apparatus for pressing a pair of trousers includes a steam supply manifold with an inlet and an outlet end and right and left leg steam ducts which are in communication with the outlet end of the main steam supply manifold. The right and left leg steam ducts are adapted to introduce steam into the right and left legs, respectively, of a pair of trousers. An expandable waist clamp assembly is secured to the right and left leg ducts and is expandable between a first position which allows the trousers to be easily introduced over the assembly, and a second expanded position which securely retains and helps to shape the trousers during the pressing operation. Elongate right and left leg support members are provided with a length sufficient to accept the legs of the trousers and can be pivotally mounted to the right and left leg ducts so as to pivot between a first horizontal position which allows the trousers to be easily mounted onto the apparatus and a second vertical position which is adapted for pressing of the trousers. Right and left leg trouser shaping assemblies can be provided and can be secured to the right and left leg support members. The shaping assemblies are adapted for insertion into the legs of the trousers and are expandable between a first position which allows easy insertion and a second position where the shaping assemblies engage and shape the trousers.

摘要： A height adjustable pants finishing device includes a pair of topping bucks positioned in the top portion of a pair of pants to be finished. Waist clamps hold the pants in the desired orientation; then, pressing plates engage pleats to hold the pleats for pressing. Additional pressing plates engage the top portion of the pants for high quality finishing of the top of the pants. The cuffs of the pants are clamped together, and steam is injected into the pants for finishing. After steaming, heated air is passed through the pants to set the creases.

摘要： A trouser presser (10) is disclosed which includes a pair of front waist bucks (40) having front and opposing side surfaces for receiving and engaging the front torso part of a pair of trousers. A pair of rear waist bucks (41) is provided having rear and opposing side surfaces for receiving and engaging the rear torso part of a pair of trousers, with the trousers encircling the front and rear waist bucks (40 and 41, respectively). An air cylinder alternately moves front and rear waist buck (40 and 41, respectively) relatively towards and away from each other to define a closed position where the trousers are held loosely and an open position where the trousers are held in a tensioned condition for being pressed. The opposing side surfaces of the front and rear waist bucks (40, 41) are parallel to each other and in the same vertical plane to collectively define opposing, planar pressing surfaces for opposite sides of the trousers. The upper extent of side chests (23) on either side of center buck (22) also define planar pressing surfaces for making surface-to-surface pressing contact between the opposing side surfaces of the front and rear waist bucks (40, 41).

摘要： A clamping device on each side of a vertical pipe on a framework is adapted to grip a pair of pants at the front part of the waistband and a downwardly projecting journal reciprocated on the upper portion of the framework is adapted to grip the rear inner part of the waistband to tighten the waistband horizontally. A carriage that is selectively vertically movable on a guide portion of the framework carries a horizontally adjustable carriage having one pair of upwardly extending hooks and a second horizontally adjustable member carrying a second pair of upwardly extending hooks, whereby the hooks are adjustable in height to engage inside the legs of the pants and are horizontally adjustable relative to each other to tighten the cuffs of the pants, the hooks of the pairs disposed on opposite sides of the vertical pipe and a center plate pivoted to the journal which is positioned between the pants legs and a pair of guide frames on opposite sides of the center plate connected for back-and-forth movement relative to the framework and the center plate carrying lateral pressing plate members connected to be selectively moved toward and away from the center plate and vertical pipe to effect pressing of a pair of pants.
