The valve can be a miniature valve that is used in the control of hydraulic fluid in prosthesis, such as a prosthetic ankle joint.

The piston is able to actuate along the first internal surface of the first side wall. The input cavity is in fluid communication with the input port. The first output cavity is in fluid communication with the first output port. The second output cavity is in fluid communication with the second output port. The first actuating shaft is fixed to the piston and helps fluidly isolate the first output port from the second output port.

摘要: A hydraulic system for recovering potential energy of a load implement of a mobile construction vehicle. The hydraulic system includes first and second actuators and control valving. The first and second actuators are configured to be coupled to the load implement for controlling raising and lowering of the load element. The control valving is operable between a first position at which, during a lowering of the load implement, the control valving directs hydraulic fluid from one of the first and second actuators to an accumulator to charge the accumulator, and a second position at which the control valving directs hydraulic fluid from the accumulator to one or more of the first and second actuators to power the one or more of the first and second actuators to raise the load element.

摘要: A hydraulic system is provided for controlling one or more piston-cylinders of an implement. An implement valve includes at least one spool operable to transition between a neutral position and an open position. A variable displacement pump is operable to move a fluid from a reservoir into a supply conduit and to the at least one spool. A flow control valve, distinct and separate from the at least one spool is located in-line with the supply conduit between the variable displacement pump and the at least one spool, and is operable to simultaneously provide the fluid to the implement valve and to a bypass pathway. The bypass pathway extends from the flow control valve to the reservoir without intervening valving. Each of the at least one spool is operable to permit increased fluid flow to a corresponding piston cylinder of the implement when in the open position. The variable displacement pump is operable to vary a flow rate to maintain a predetermined pump margin across the flow control valve.

摘要: A hydraulic control device includes: a recovery oil passage; a regenerative motor that rotates an output shaft of an engine in response to a supply of the hydraulic fluid and is driven to rotate by rotation of the output shaft of the engine; a regenerative oil passage for guiding return oil from a boom cylinder to the regenerative motor without passing the return oil through the recovery oil passage; a coupling oil passage that couples the recovery oil passage and the regenerative oil passage to each other; and a regeneration-side check valve that is provided on the coupling oil passage, and allows the hydraulic fluid to flow from the recovery oil passage toward the regenerative motor, and moreover restricts the hydraulic fluid from flowing from the regenerative motor toward the recovery oil passage.

摘要: A device for varying the swept volumes of first and second hydraulic machines, whose swept volumes depends upon pivoting positions of adjustable axes thereof which can be connected to one another by first and second lines. The axes can be coupled to a piston-cylinder device which is adjustable by a control valve unit for pivoting the axes. Pressures in the area of the hydraulic machines can be limited by the control valve unit. The control valve unit can be coupled to a respective first or second line with the highest pressure. A device for determining an existing actual pressure is located upstream of the control valve unit, at least in the area of one of the first and the second lines that connects with the first and the second hydraulic machines. The control valve unit can be actuated based on the actual pressure value determined by the device.
