    摘要: A plate heat exchanger includes a stack of plate pairs with gaps between adjacent pairs, arranged to provide flow paths for a first fluid to pass through inner volumes of the plate pairs while simultaneously allowing a second fluid to flow over the outer surfaces of the plate pairs. At least one cylindrical fluid manifold for the first fluid extends through the plate pairs. A non-planar cap is arranged at one end of the plate heat exchanger to close off the cylindrical fluid manifold. A reinforcement plate is arranged at that end between the non-planar cap and an end plate of the plate heat exchanger. The position of the non-planar cap relative to a central axis of the cylindrical fluid manifold is maintained in order to prevent failure of the plate heat exchanger due to internal pressurization.

    摘要: A water-cooling type condenser having a core part having a refrigerant fluid channel wherein a refrigerant flows and a cooling water fluid channel wherein cooling water flows; a gas-liquid separator disposed spaced apart from one side of the core part; a penetration connector having communication holes passing through both sides thereof, one side thereof being inserted into and coupled to a refrigerant outlet formed on the core part, and the other side being inserted into and coupled to a refrigerant inlet formed on the gas-liquid separator. A non-penetration connector is blocked between both sides thereof. One side is inserted into and coupled to a coupling hole formed on the core part, and the other side is inserted into and coupled to a coupling hole formed on the gas-liquid separator. The gas-liquid separator and the refrigerant fluid channel communicate. The gas-liquid separator is fixed to the core part.

    摘要: A cold plate heat exchanger for battery thermal management has first and second plates defining a plurality of fluid flow passages, with inlet and outlet ports proximate to a first end thereof. Each fluid flow passage has first and second ends communicating with respective inlet and outlet ports. One or more portions of each fluid flow passage are immediately adjacent to and in close proximity to a portion of another fluid flow passage or channel, such that heat energy will be transferred by conduction through the first and second plates between the fluid flow passages or channels, thereby providing enhanced heat transfer. The fluid flow passages or channels may be separated by a distance which is less than a width of one of the fluid flow passages or channels, and may be separated by a single rib which partially defines each of the fluid flow passages or channels.
