Abstract: A base station communicates with a first user equipment (UE) and a second UE. The base station determines a first configuration for the first UE for a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) on a symbol, schedules a data transmission for the second UE on the symbol where the CSI-RS is configured so that the CSI-RS and the data transmission collide on the symbol and determines a second configuration for the first UE when the CSI-RS and the data transmission collide on the symbol.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for a network-controlled repeater (NCR) to share power during the simultaneous transmission of a control link and backhaul link. When the total power for transmitting via the control link and the backhaul link are below a maximum power for transmission, the NCR can use the calculated transmission powers for transmitting each link. Otherwise, the NCR can apply a relative priority to the links, a default priority to each link, a stepwise reduction of power, or a power sharing factor. A power sharing technique can be based on whether there is overlap between the links on the same time symbol, where the same or different beams are used for each link, and/or whether a priority flag for an access link is being used. These and many other features and examples are described.

Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for a user equipment (UE) to perform a handover operation from a first base station in a serving cell to a second base station in a target cell under conditions. The UE can receive a conditional handover instruction including a channel quality condition for the handover operation and an additional condition for the handover operation. The UE may determine an operation order between testing the channel quality condition and testing the additional condition, and further determine whether the channel quality condition or the additional condition is met or not. In response to a determination that the channel quality condition is met and a determination that the additional condition is met, the UE can perform the handover operation to handover the UE from the first base station to the second base station.
