Abstract:
The invention concerns the field of communicating objects intended to promote a smart environment. The invention more particularly concerns a communication system comprising:—a recipient 1 for a cosmetic or pharmaceutical product or a wine or a spirit as the communicating object and—at least two mobile telecommunication devices 110, 120. The invention also concerns an associated communication method. The recipient is incorporated into the communication system in such way as to adapt at least to the presence of the first mobile telecommunication device in the coverage area of the communication means of same. The recipient is therefore advantageously an actor of the communication system. The recipient promotes the smart environment defined by the communication system.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a vial with a neck for a liquid product with an external shape, comprising: a part made from glass, said part made from glass comprising an annular assembly surface; a rigid piece having an annular assembly surface; a neck formed on the part made from glass or the rigid piece; a neck providing a fluid seal either between the annular assembly surface of the part made from glass and the annular assembly surface of the rigid piece, or between the annular assembly surface of the part made from glass and a sealing band, the sealing band being rigidly connected to the annular assembly surface of the rigid piece, thus providing the fluid seal, the part made from glass, the rigid piece and the neck giving the vial the external shape of same.
Abstract:
A system comprising such a bottle, and a method for the production thereof. The bottle comprises: a glass container system with a single glass container body; a closure system hermetically assembled to the glass container system. The glass container system and the closure system define two different receptacles sealed in relation to one another. In addition, the bottle comprises a product dispensing system for discharging the product contained in the receptacles from the bottle.
Abstract:
A cosmetic product dispenser includes a tubular container extending along a main axis and an application assembly. The application assembly includes a grip element, an applicator connected to the grip element; and a locking device to lock the application assembly in the container. The locking device moves from a storage position to a release position when the grip element is pressed in.
Abstract:
Device for dispensing fluid, comprising a body, a push-button and locking means. The body is intended to be fixed to the neck of a bottle. The push-button can be depressed in relation to the body in an activating direction between a rest position and a depressed position in order to control fluid-dispensing means. The locking means have an active state in which they prevent the push-button from being depressed in the activating direction and an inactive state in which they allow the pressing action. In order to move the locking means from the inactive state to the active state thereof, a force must be applied to the push-button in the activating direction in order to displace the push-button, from the rest position to a locked position, by translation in relation to the body in the opposite sense to that in which it is pressed in.
