Abstract:
A power switch control device includes a control chip connected to power switches distributed in a room, and a microcontroller connected to the control chip. When a person gets through an entry/exit door of the room, both of a first sensor fixed to an interior surface of the door and a second sensor fixed to an exterior surface of the door sense the person. By comparing record times of the two sensors, the microcontroller can determine whether the person enters or exits the room. If the person enters the room and a count value is changed to one from zero, the microcontroller sends a power-on command to the control chip to switch the power switches on. If the person exits the room and the count value is changed to zero from one, the microcontroller sends a power-off command to the control chip to switch the power switches off.
Abstract:
A method tests hard disk ports located on a motherboard of a computing device. Each of the hard disk ports connects to a respective serial port of a test fixture. The test fixture includes a group of serial ports, a multiplexer and a storage device. Each of the hard disk ports is selected to be tested during the process of hard disk ports test. A data transmission path is formed by building a connection between the storage device and a channel of the multiplexer corresponding to the hard disk port. Data are written to the storage device and read from the storage device through the data transmission path. The hard disk port is working normal if the written data are identical to the read data. The hard disk port is not working normally if the written data are not identical to the read data.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of compounds of formula (I) in the treatment of AIDs, wherein, R1 is -Glc2-Glc, R2 is selected from the group of -Glc6-Glc, -Glc6-Ara(p), -Glc6-Xyl and -Glc6-Ara (f); and R3 is H, and also relates to the composition comprising the above compounds and the use of the herbal extracts in the treatment of AIDS.
Abstract:
A system for controlling power sources of motherboards under test through networks includes a central server (1), a serial device server (3), a bus distributor (4), a number of power controllers (5), and a number of testing computers (8). The central server sets testing parameters, and transmits instructions regarding turning on or off power sources of the testing computers to the serial device server, in order to control the power sources of the testing computers. The serial device server converts the instructions into serial instructions, and generates corresponding serial signals. The bus distributor distributes an address for each power controller, receives the serial signals, and transmits the serial signals to corresponding power controllers. Each power controller turns on power sources of corresponding testing computers in which motherboards under test are installed according to the received serial signal. A related method is also disclosed.
Abstract:
An exemplary method for generating a BOM file is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: extracting data on components of a circuit design diagram of a motherboard, and storing the data in an spreadsheet as a non-standardized original BOM file; determining whether the data meet requirements corresponding to designing standards of the motherboard by checking the data of the non-standardized original BOM file; classifying the data into lists according to predefined manufacturing procedures; and automatically generating a standardized BOM file according to the corresponding lists. A related system is also disclosed.
Abstract:

The computer includes a board function test module (2040) for performing a board function test, an assembly test module (2042) for performing an assembly test, a system test module (2044) for performing a system test, a high potential test module (2046) for performing a high potential test, and an out of box assurance module (2048) for performing an electrical test. The shop flow control server communicates with the database server and the computer via the gateway.
Abstract:
An energy-saving method for operating a climate control system includes reporting an ambient outside temperature from a first temperature sensor to a controller unit and reporting a climate control air temperature from a second temperature sensor to the controller unit. The control unit performs an algorithm to define a control criterion value in response to the ambient outside temperature. A non-refrigeration cycle based heating element is activated to provide heated air to an interior surface of a windshield if the climate control air temperature is above the control criterion value. Moreover, a refrigeration cycle based cooling element and the non-refrigeration cycle based heating element are activated to provide the heated air to the interior surface of the windshield if the climate control air temperature is at or below the control criterion.
Abstract:
A vehicular air conditioner which is not influenced by fluctuations in engine RPM and which provides air conditioning with low energy consumption includes a variable demand capacity compressor where the suction pressure is self-controlled and can be set using an external signal. The vehicular air conditioner includes a demand capacity change compressor which self-controls at a target suction pressure set using an external signal and based on a discharge temperature set according to an air conditioning load. The external signal sets the target suction pressure to thereby affect a refrigerating cycle operation.
Abstract:
An enclosure includes a chassis, a side panel and a knob structure. The chassis includes a rear panel in which a latching hole is defined. The knob structure includes a mounting member, a sliding member engaged in the mounting member, a positioning member secured to the side panel and a resilient member elastically engaged between the sliding member and the positioning portion. The mounting member is secured to the side panel. The sliding member includes a hook. The sliding member can slide from a first position to a second position; when the sliding member is in the first position, the hook engages in the latching hole, when the sliding member is in the second position, the hook disengages from the latching hole; the resilient member elastically deforms to bias the sliding member to slide from the first position to the second position.
