Abstract: A display panel includes: a transparent display substrate; an opposite substrate disposed opposite to the transparent display substrate; and a light adjusting layer disposed between the transparent display substrate and the opposite substrate. The light adjusting layer is configured in a way that, under action of an electric field, at least a part of the light adjusting layer transmits light or at least a part of the light adjusting layer reflects light.
