Abstract: Disclosed is a coaxiality detecting tool composed of a hexagon flange nut, a measuring column and a detection sleeve. When the coaxiality detecting tool is used, a cone of the measuring column is matched with a cone hole of a detected workpiece, the hexagon flange nut is matched with a threaded column of the measuring column, and the measuring column is fixed on the workpiece; an inner hole of the detection sleeve is matched with a detection column, the conical surface of the detection sleeve is in contact with the orifice of a ΦE hole in the workpiece, whether the whole conical surface is in uniform contact with the orifice of the ΦE hole is observed, and if in uniform contact, the detected coaxiality is qualified, otherwise, the detected coaxiality is unqualified.

Abstract: A device for removing burrs from a back cavity of a wheel includes a lower lifting synchronous movement arrangement, an outer ring brush arrangement, an inner ring brush arrangement, a synchronous movement arrangement and an upper lifting drive arrangement. When the device is used, an upper cylinder drives four clamping blocks to clamp the wheel synchronously through an upper guide rail, an upper gear and upper racks; an upper cylinder drives the wheel to rise and separate from a roller bed through upper guide pillars and upper guide sleeves; an upper servo motor drives the clamped wheel to rotate through an upper rotating ring. The present invention can be used for not only polishing the burrs at the back cavity of the wheel, but also accurately adjusting the position of each brush according to the flange size and the back cavity diameter of the wheel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bushing assembly height checking fixture, which is composed of a jacket, set screws, a measuring cylinder and a positioning cylinder. Abstract: A device and method for measuring the thickness and position tolerance of a wheel bolt hole. The device includes a screw, a handle, a detection pillar and a base plate, where the handle and the base plate are fixed via the screw; the detection pillar is fixed onto the base plate through interference fit; and the detection pillar a bolt hole. The position tolerance and thickness of a bolt hole are measured simultaneously, and the labor intensity is reduced, and the existing bolt hole position tolerance detection tool can be modified for the use as the tool of the device, saving costs. The tool can detect the thickness of a bolt hole and qualitatively determine the range where the difference between the value of bolt hole thickness and the standard value approximately lies, and can be used for the grading of bolt hole thickness values based.
