摘要： A package comprising a carrier holding at least one container. The carrier can comprise a bottom panel, first and second inner side panels foldably connected to the bottom panel, first and second outer side panels foldably connected to the respective first and second inner side panels, and first and second top panels foldably connected to the respective first and second outer side panels. At least one container-receiving feature can comprise a first retaining feature extending in at least the first inner side panel and an opposing second retaining feature extending in at least the second inner side panel. A top portion of the at least one container can be at least partially retained by the first and second retaining features. The bottom panel can be at least partially disposed between the top portion of the at least one container and at least one of the first and second top panels.

The end flaps are overlapped with respect to one another and thereby at least partially form a closed end of the carton. A closure removably attached to the carton having an aperture for receiving at least a portion of the bag to close the bag and seal the material held therein.

摘要： A carton loader for automatically loading stacks of cartons onto a mass feeder for supplying cartons to a packaging machine includes a loader in which stacks of cartons are received and held, and a carriage on which the loader is pivotally mounted. After the stacks of cartons are received, the loader is pivoted from a loading position to a stacking position. The carriage is then moved along the mass feeder for the packaging machine toward a magazine or supply of previously stacked cartons, whereupon the stack of cartons within the loader is moved in engagement and stacked against the previously loaded cartons.
