Abstract: A driving circuit includes a current drive unit and a reset compensation and light emitting control circuit. The current drive unit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor and the second transistor are connected in series, wherein the first transistor and the second transistor include a silicon semiconductor layer. The reset compensation and light emitting control circuit is coupled to the current drive unit. The reset compensation and light emitting control circuit includes a third transistor connected to a control terminal of the first transistor, wherein the third transistor is an oxide semiconductor transistor.

Abstract: A display device is disclosed, which includes: a first substrate with a data line disposed thereon, wherein the data line extends along a data line-extension-direction; and plural pixel units disposed on the first substrate and each of the plural pixel units comprising: a transistor disposed on the first substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the transistor and including a via hole; a first electrode disposed on the insulating layer and electrically connecting to the transistor; and a pixel defining layer disposed on the first electrode and exposing partial first electrode to form a light emitting region. Herein, in a first pixel unit of the pixel units, an extension direction of a connecting line defined by a minimum distance between a first outline of the via hole and a second outline of the light emitting region is not perpendicular and not parallel to the data-line-extension direction.
