    摘要: An approach is provided for using a purchase order system to verify information on invoices. One or more text fields represented in invoice image data are compared to purchase order data from a purchase order system. If the one or more text fields represented in the invoice image data do not match the purchase order data from the purchase order system, then the one or more text fields represented in the invoice image data are designated for special processing. If the one or more text fields represented in the invoice image data match the purchase order data from the purchase order system, then the invoice is designated as verified. The approach also includes the ability for a user to supplement invoice data with additional data, such as codes used by business organizations, and for automatic correction of errors in text fields using data maintained by the purchase order system.

    摘要: A powder feed device includes a casing having an opening for receiving a powder from a powder housing portion housing the powder, at least an inner side of the casing having a cylindrical shape; a transport member that is arranged in the casing, extends in a powder transport direction, and rotates and transports the powder to the fed body; and a shutter member that is arranged at a closed position for closing the opening, receives a force from the transport member by its rotation, and moves to an open position for opening the opening. The transport member includes a transport portion that contributes to the powder transport, and a non-transport portion that does not contribute to the powder transport, and handles the movement of the shutter member to the open position. The shutter member moves to the open position when receiving an effect of the non-transport portion.

    摘要: Techniques are provided for allowing a user to create a document processing job (e.g., a print job, a scan job, a copy job, fax job) at a mobile device instead of at a document processing device, such as a printer, scanner, or copier. A cloud service interacts with the mobile device to retrieve job settings data from the mobile device. The cloud service generates a job identifier, associates the job identifier with job settings associated with the job settings data, and sends the job identifier to the mobile device, which displays the job identifier to the user. The user later enters the job identifier at the document processing device, which, in turn, uses the job identifier to request the job settings from the cloud service. The cloud service identifies the job settings based on the job identifier and sends the job settings to the document processing device.

Also provided are a color ink set for ink-jet recording, which contains the magenta ink, and an ink-jet recording method in which is used the magenta ink or the color ink set. The magenta ink contains water, a colorant and at least two water-soluble organic solvents, and its visible-light absorbance spectrum gives a first peak A (abs.) within a range of from 500 to 570 nm and a second peak B (abs.) within a range of from 300 to 350 nm with a ratio A/B falling between 0.9 and 2.5. The magenta ink is combined with cyan ink and yellow ink to form the color ink set, which contains water, colorants and at least two water-soluble organic solvents.

    摘要: This invention aims to provide a connector in which a stationary connector housing is provided on its flange with a cushion member to be closely attached to a panel to give a stable seal function regardless of a change of thickness of the panel. A male connector housing 13 of the connector is provided on an upper periphery on a hood 13b with a flange 13d. The male connector housing 13 is provided with securing fixtures 19 made of a leaf spring material. The housing 13 is secured to a periphery around an opening 12a in a panel 12 by clamping it between an upper elastic piece 19a and a flange 13d. The flange 13d is provided on its upper face with a cushion member 20 which is softer than a seal member 16 of a waterproofing cover 17. When a female connector housing 14 is fitted to the male connector housing 13, the seal member 16 closely contacts with a surface of the panel. A compressive deformation of the cushion member 20 makes a distance between the upper face of the flange 13d and a lower end of the seal member 16 a given value.

    摘要: An electrical connector attached to a door or body panel of an automobile for wiring electrical parts includes a body having a front opening and holding, in it, terminals capable of fitting with counterpart terminals, respectively. A pair of locking arms each capable of flexing inwardly are provided at the outer periphery of the body. Each locking arm has a concave-convex engagement structure engaged with an edge of the panel defining a mounting hole when the connector is inserted into the mounting hole. A pair of deformation preventing portions are formed to the inside of the locking arms to be engaged with the locking arms, respectively. The deformation preventing portions prevent deformation of the locking arms by engaging the locking arms, respectively. The locking arms engage the respective deformation preventing portions when something strikes against the locking arms and the locking arms are flexed inwardly. Each locking arm will not, however, flex excessively due to its engagement with a deformation preventing portion, thereby being protected.

    摘要: An approach is provided for generating parsing rules that automatically identify attributes and attribute values from documents and generates metadata mapping information that is associated with electronic versions of documents processed. A graphical user interface (GUI) is displayed on a client device that contains a sample document containing field labels and field values, which represent attributes and attribute values. The GUI is configured to receive a first set of inputs identify field labels and field values. In response to receiving the first set of inputs, parsing rules are generated that define the relationships between the field labels and corresponding field values. A second set of inputs are received that include a selection of a subset of the parsing rules to generate metadata mapping that maps a subset of the field values to display labels. The metadata mapping is associated to a document library that manages views of the destination folder such that the parsing rules and the metadata mapping are applied to each document routed to the destination folder.
