摘要: A vibratory conveyor is described and which includes a base frame; a reciprocally moveable conveyor bed which is resiliently supported on the base frame by a first multiplicity of elongated springs, and a conveyor bed driving assembly which includes a reciprocally moveable driver which is biasingly supported on the base frame and which further when energized, magnetically cooperates with the base frame so as to impart movement of the reciprocally moveable driver along a given path of travel, and which simultaneously generates a force which causes the reciprocally moveable conveyor bed to reciprocate in a predetermined manner so as to move product along the reciprocally moveable conveyor bed.

摘要: The present invention provides a system and method for generating new images corresponding to iteratively morphed appearances of a plurality of objects. Data corresponding to appearances of the objects are stored. Embedded objects are morphed with respect to the terrain, whereas other objects are morphed in a predetermined order with respect to previously morphed objects as well as with respect to the terrain. Additionally, iterative morphing using a Bezier Curve technique is described.

摘要: A mobile harvester of leafy produce has two harvesting sections with a cutter located forwardly for severing the produce from the ground. A continuous belt having a large number of openings moves in a closed path presenting an upwardly facing surface. A low pressure plenum underneath the belt provides a vacuum attraction to the belt upwardly facing for picking up severed produce. An enclosure ove the belt protects against wind removal of produce leaves from the belt. The two harvesting sections are individually adjustable for proper height above the ground.

摘要: A differentiated identification system facilitates dynamically differentially morphed access for one or more requesters. The system receives an access request including at least one differentiable voucher from a requester and assesses the type of the received access request by considering the access request, the differentiable voucher and one or more semblances. The system then dynamically differentially morphs an access to one or more service or data based on the assessment of the access request type, enabling the system to provide the requester with dynamically differentially morphed access to the one or more service or data.

摘要: A projectile having a proximal tube and distal tube is described. A piston that is formed with a vent covers the distal end of the proximal tube. The piston is inserted into an open proximal end of the distal tube to establish a compression chamber in the distal tube between the axially moveable piston and a closed distal tube end. A valve is positioned at the proximal end of the proximal tube to selectively pressurize a space in the proximal tube between the valve and piston. The space, in turn, is in fluid communication with the compression chamber through the vent formed in the piston. The vent is formed as a constriction allowing fluid to flow into the compression chamber during an initial pressurization, while allowing for pressure buildup in the compression chamber during the initial relative movement between the proximal and distal tubes that occurs immediately after projectile launch.

摘要: A system and method for propelling pellets from a launch tube in flight includes a payload section and a stabilizing section. The launch tube and its pellets are essentially the payload section. The stabilizing section is essentially the equivalent of an arrow, and it includes a connector for selectively engaging the stabilizing section with the payload section. In use, the stabilizing section is reusable with a sequence of payload sections.

摘要: A system and method for generating new appearances of an object from a plurality of pre-defined appearances. The invention applies to a plurality of attributes for each appearance. A user may interactively specify a proportion (or weight) in which each of the pre-defined appearances is to be combined to generate a new appearance. An embodiment of the present invention then combines the attributes of the pre-defined appearances according to the respective weights to generate a new appearance. The present invention may be used to generate new expressions of a face by using pre-defined expressions such as an angry face, a happy face, a surprised face, and a sleepy face. Position and color attributes may be morphed efficiently and quickly. According to further enhancements, texture and the surface normal vector may also be morphed efficiently and quickly, even at real time frame rates. The present invention is also used to emulate or approximate representative lighting from several light source on the look of an area.

摘要: A data structure provides a framework for relating the levels of detail (LOD) of an object having multiple LODs. A designer is provided the flexibility to display different portions of an object in multiple LODs. An object is stored in different LODs. Each LOD includes one or more polygons, with each polygon representing a portion of the object. An example tree data structure includes nodes which correspond to portions of the object. All nodes at a particular level together represent an object at a corresponding LOD. A function is provided for each edge of a geometrical entity in each node. The functions are weighted according to several factors/attributes. The functions are evaluated dynamically to determine whether to replace a polygon with polygons at a finer LOD. By a proper choice of the functions in different nodes, different portions of the object may be displayed at different LODs.
