    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are related to a touch display device, in a structure that a touch electrode line is disposed to be divided on a plurality of sub-areas included in an active area, by synchronizing a driving of the touch electrode line adjacent to a boundary of the sub-area, or by performing a differential sensing processing by sharing a touch sensing signal detected from the touch electrode line, thus an accuracy of a touch sensing for an area adjacent to the boundary of the sub-area can be improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device which facilitates to prevent a remaining film for a process of forming a metal pattern, wherein the display device may include a substrate including a display area having pixels, and a non-display area having pads to surround the display area, a dam between the display area and the pads, an encapsulation film for covering the dam and the pixels in the display area, a first metal pattern disposed in the non-display area and patterned on the encapsulation film, an insulating layer provided on the first metal pattern, and a second metal pattern disposed in the non-display area and patterned on the insulating layer, wherein the first metal pattern is not provided in a dam area with the dam, and the second metal pattern is provided on the dam area while being in contact with the first metal pattern via a contact hole penetrating through the insulating layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device with integrated touch screen, which can prevent a first touch electrode or a second touch electrode from being short-circuited with a bridge electrode through an opening. The display device includes first electrodes on a first substrate, a light emitting layer on the first electrodes, a second electrode on the light emitting layer, an encapsulation layer on the second electrode, a bridge electrode and a dummy electrode on the encapsulation layer, an insulation layer covering the bridge electrode and the dummy electrode, and a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode on the insulation layer. The first touch electrode is electrically connected to the bridge electrode, and bridge electrode is spaced apart from the dummy electrode.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes: a substrate including: an active area, and bezel area outside the active area and including a bending area, a first organic insulation layer (OIL) in the active area, covering a first signal line extending from the active area to the bezel area, a second OIL in the bending area, the second OIL being in a same layer as the first organic insulation film, first and second touch electrodes crossing over each other and sealing the active area on an encapsulation layer above the first OIL with a third OIL therebetween, a first signal line link pattern connected to the first signal line, and on the second OIL in the bending area, and second and third signal lines respectively connected to the first and second touch electrodes, and on the second OIL in parallel with the first signal line link pattern.
